on several occasions, i have ordered from hatland (HTL) and have caught some really unique, older style mitchell and ness/new era team hats at fair prices.
time flies quick as it's now going on 9 years (at the time of this review) since my first order.
when orders have been placed, HTL has been good with communication, shipping and tracking numbers. orders have been easy to follow and have reached my hands here in canada without complications.
one thing i appreciate is that HTL uses USPS (who in conjunction works with canada post when the package flips over at the border.) more often than not, i don't get charged duty.

one-star gets knocked off as HTL doesn't necessarily carry all/most of the modern up-to-date annual styles for the sports teams.
another one-star gets knocked off as the HTL website needs to be updated. when you try to change your password with an account already established, the bizarre answers you get are:
"If you have not set up an account with us yet, you can create one during checkout.
"If you placed an order "without an account", you cannot login. Please check your email for order information.
The email address and password you entered don't match any account in our database. Please try again or have your password emailed to you."
bottom line: i would keep HTL in mind when i am seeking sports team hat gear. i would recommend others look into HTL as well. if you have questions, phone-in, but be aware of their short...
Read moreThere's no doubt they have a wonderful selection of hats and you can tell they do alot of online business and they should stick with strictly online sales and just close the store front because their customer service just straight up sucks! I went in with intentions to buy at least three hats and was meet with an employee cursing in the back room so that definitely set the tone. The employee that so called helped me was very rude and acted like I was bothering him because I couldn't find the correct fitted hat that fit me! I'll order online and just keep returning the hats until I find the right size. Or just find another online store to deal with but being a local here all my life I try to shop local but that's getting really hard...
