Nice selection of juniors clothing but the woman minding the dressing room could have been more customer friendly. She chased me down the hall when I was swapping out a size for my daughter and loudly told me that I couldn't do that, and that I needed to bring everything out of the room. I explained to her that I had already brought it out, I had actually put it on the rack that she was sorting, she'd seen me do it, but I went a long with it and asked her what she wanted me to do - did she want me to bring my daughter out of the dressing room and walk the clothes up there so she could look at them? (We only had two items that we had swapped out for a different size) Her reply was, "we don't do it that way in the summer." Then she threw her hands up in the air as if she were annoyed with me and told me "just keep doing what you're doing." I don't think I was doing anything wrong, she had given me a number 2 for the door and I was sticking to two items at a time. The dressing rooms were mostly empty and she didn't bother to stop anyone else as they walked passed her with far more items then I had. If I could give them a negative number I would!! I was down there the weekend of 12/16/23. My family and I decided to go shopping while we waited for other family to get down there. As soon as we walked in all the employees were staring at us. I had my 2 young daughters with me and they were playing like kids do. There was an older lady that was very rude to my daughter when we tried putting something back and snatched it out of her hands. The manger was also very rude and had an attitude the whole time we were there. When we went to check out everyone behind the register was staring at us and giving us dirty looks like we were about to steal everything. The worst tj max I have ever been too!!! The blonde lady with the terrible highlights working the changing rooms that had sunglasses on her head was so entirely rude to me and every customer that she came in contact with. Chewing her gum so hard like that is more important than her job. She acted like every single person was going to steal from this stupid tj max. Trust me we will never be back. Also the feminine looking old man with grey spikey hair was also so very rude didn’t greet me and acted in a way that his job was a bother and answered my questions rudely and with attitude.
