Candy Kitchen Shoppes — Restaurant in Ocean City

Would give this location a zero if I could. My boyfriend and I tried 2 different stores before this one, which were closed due to COVID. Now this wasn’t necessarily a big deal, but when we got to this location, we saw people inside and double checked online that it was indeed still open but we found the door locked and were informed by another customer that the store had closed early and that they themselves had been yelled at by the staff who made their niece, a child, cry. Online it states that they’re open until 930. In person you’re told that they close at 830 but they actually lock the doors at 810... all in all the experience made me very upset and angry that I learned a child was made to cry all because they wanted to...

An adorable sweet shop with a wide variety and super helpful staff! It's a great place to grab a sweet treat for you or someone with a sweet tooth that wants to take some of beach home with them. They're taffy is made to perfection and their chocolate is truly to die for.

Still a good place with a lot of selection for fudge and candies. There's Candy Kitchens all over the place, too.
