I can't possibly speak too highly of the customer service I experienced thanks to a few exceptional people at the Ocean City Maryland T-Mobile store on Jorge's team there, including him personally, but NOT limited to this exceptionally helpful and friendly smiling group I found at this location near the Food Lion. Due to my own inability to solve my software problems (that many Golden Agers like me encounter) that had spread into my continuity of mobile phone service, including the purchase of a new phone to replace my damaged (screen & audio output) one, I was at witts end, and thought my only viable option was to switch to a different service provider and "get a fresh start" and buy a new from a competitor at their nearby kiosk. Now I don't know if I was feeling lucky, or it was the double espresSOS I'd had for breakfast that Saturday morning, but I knew I had to make some kind of move, post haste, so I decided to drop a dime one last time to T-Mobile's customer service folks, fully expecting to wait on hold for an eternity, as quite oftentimes is the case. So imagine my surprise when the very friendly voice of Daryl Joyce spoke to me after only one ring, and long story short, she very cheerily FIXED EVERYTHING that had gone wrong (due to ME!) Not only that, she did always the paperwork needed for me to proceed right to Jorge's store, where my new phone would be waiting for me! That's where Christy took over from there to get me quickly completed, and answered every 'dumb question' I had, and a few that I didn't even think to ask. And Christy had that same smiling voice that Daryl had shown me, except I had the bonus of actually seeing Christy's smile that lit up my world (thru my brand new phone), too! Now, I apologize that my reviews getting a little long, but I have so many good things to say about ALL of Jorge's staff there...including Mario, who knows both phones AND local people and places he turned me into...and saving Tremont ("Tré") for last, he being the first person I met there, who had a lot of great (music video via the phone) ideas he shared with me to help meet my needs. Not only that, but, during his break time taken outside the kiosk, Tré took time to ask how I was doing and talk about my music stuff with me. He made me feel like good friends do. As if that wasn't enough great customer service, a few days later, after having trouble getting my Google accounts all 'in synch', Jorge sat down and spent a lot of time 'fixing my wagon' so it would roll on its own. I am so very grateful for that help from him, and thought he must truly be a blessing to his parents, wife, and four children. May God bless all of you there at T-MOBILE in OC.    Read moreMy son and I went to this store and we were blown away by the customer service we received at this location. I switched from Verizon to Sprint/T-Mobile about 2 1/2 years ago and there was never a service location close by. I was thrilled to see one come to our area. Unfortunately, my son decided not to go through with the purchase but it was not due to the customer service, but based on the plan not being within his price range. The two gentlemen that helped us went above and beyond to work with us. They explained everything so perfectly and answered every one of our questions, and trust me, we had ALOT of them! Jonathan and Jorge were AMAZING! They were so professional, courteous and patient with us. One of the reasons I left Verizon was because I upgraded three phones on my plan and was told what my plan would cost and when I got the bill, it was $80.00 more than what I was told. I knew I would not be getting into the same situation here because Jonathan and Jorge were upfront and honest on what the bill would be. When my son made his final decision to not purhcase the phone, they were completely and totally understanding and did not try to push for the sale. They did try to work with us regarding pricing but my son was just not comfortable with the plan payment at this time. When my son does decide to move forward, we will definitely be returning to this location because their customer service is TOP NOTCH and they show that they really do what is best for the customer.    Read moreHave to first state that since June 2023 had nothing but issues. Being told to go to store to resolve problem only to be told that I have to call CS. I had bought 2 watches from cs stating they would work without a phone being attched to phone. Watches came would not work called cs told had to buy 2 new phones. Bought said new phones would not pair with watches. I was told per cs 611 tickets were submitted and wld be notified in 2-3 days when issue was resolved NO call back (2 weeks later)I had to call in again only to be hung up on then a vm from CS stating I need to go back to the store again. Again since June going to the store spending 2 or 3 hrs at location only to be told to call cs sitting on phone w cs 2 and 3 hrs only to be told go to store. Finally today I go to Ocean City tmobile and have to say I was In a mood, met by Cristy Magana and Giselle Martinez. They listened to my problem looked over my notes and not only showed such Empathy but offered assistance. Reassured me that they were going to do their best to help me. Not only within 20 minutes were these fine young ladies able to calm me down but they fixed the problem. They were able to get the watches that I was talked into purchasing btw connected to the phones that I was also talked into purchasing. I've been with tmobile for a bit over 9 years and if not for these 2 reps I was ready to leave and take all of my friends and family that I referred to tmobile with me.
