As a collector, I have visited numerous shops over the years. While I have encountered some negative experiences, I have also enjoyed many exceptional interactions. This particular establishment ranks among the best I have visited. Upon entering, I was greeted by a charming and welcoming atmosphere. Patrons were casually enjoying the trading card experience, engaging in conversation and laughter while maintaining a comfortable distance as business continued around them.

The shop owner, Jennifer, was approachable and professional, yet refreshingly personable in her dealings with customers. Unlike some shops that view customers merely as opportunities, Jennifer treated me with genuine kindness and attentiveness from the moment I walked in. She spoke openly and shared her expertise, assisting me with my transaction. After two hours of discussion, we reached a mutually beneficial agreement regarding my visit's objectives. I left with several new items while also providing them with a variety of products.

I usually don’t leave reviews but my experience was so great, I felt these guys deserve one! I just recently got back into the collecting side of this hobby and this was the first store I was able to find in my area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all things Pokemon, and I had a very relaxing time sitting through their bulk and listening to music that they had playing. It was therapeutic to say the least. I witnessed multiple customers come in and have all needs and questions addressed and all walked out happy. I concluded my stay and made a purchase which went smoothly and was extremely fair in price. Liquid Games renewed my faith in the pokemon community. After having a horrible experience at another card shop when trying to sell cards, I was referred to go to liquid games. The employees were honest, friendly, knowledgeable and fair. They took their time to explain to me how they were grading my card and showing me what the market value was. They were completely transparent through the whole process, which made me feel really good about letting my cards go.
