Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ocean Township

Was one of two cars in the drive thru. Ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito, a chicken quesadilla and a Baja blast. Nothing crazy.

Chicken quesadilla was cold, wasn't cut, and barely had chicken in it. I put it in my oven at home, but should have had it replaced, but because I ate a bite, I didn't do so.

The beefy 5 layer burrito wasn't what I ordered at all. It had chicken, tomatoes and potatoes in it.

I also did not get a receipt.

I called the store and the woman on the phone seemed like she didn't care. I told her I was coming back to replace the burrito.

I get there, and the young man behind the counter said they were backed up, which didn't feel like was the truth since when I returned there were no cars in the drive thru and only one couple inside, but he replaced my burrito.

I rarely get fast food, and this is probably the reason why. This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this taco bell, and I usually brush off bad experiences, but this was really...

Terrible food. Very dry and food was cold. Other Taco Bell’s are so much better. I decided to go here because I felt like they would be good, but I was wrong the food was atrocious. The only thing that was good was the Diablo sauce, always hits fr. Otherwise terrible food, good customer service the guy that gave me my food was funny and cool ig. It was raining. It is cold so I’m furious. Um I’m not finishing the rest of the food that is in this bag. Maybe I’ll give it to a dog or something. Or maybe a cat. they probably wouldn’t even eat...

Consistently ruin my order, how hard is it to push a ##$ button???? Read a screen???? Get the customer order right? Nope... 5th time these idiots ruined a simple order (which I get every time I go) 2 chalupas supreme, soft taco and root beer.
