I had a horrible experience with with mattress firm until I called the store on route 66 and the lady there Haley was super fantastic she help me with everything I need it as a matter fact when I called her and told her I was coming she had already call her district manager I spoke to him about the problems that I was having and the problem was literally resolved when I got there she was training another lady her name is Sarah both of them were very attentive and she was teaching Sarah how to do the job right and how to treat the customers with respect before I got to the store I was like I am done with this store and I have been buying mattresses from mattress firm for over 20 years now my faith in the store has been restored thank you Haley she is truly an essential worker and the employee of the month for mattress firm I really appreciate her so much I can’t wait until Wednesday when my New mattress comes I was having a warranty problem and she took care of it right away as I said she was on the job before I even got the original store that I went to was closed today had a sign posted they open from 10 until eight due to cold it and I was there about 12 and they were closed in the process of me trying to get some resolve because I don’t have a computer I just use my iPhone I went to the store so they can help me but before I went there I kept calling and they were rerouting my phone calls to another store somewhere else Haley knows who the guy was and he was very unprofessional And I’m trying to help me so I googled another store near me and I found Haley thank God the store is 2315 Route 66 Seaview square Shopping Center, Asbury park NJ 07712 USA they are the best thank you...
