I ordered for delivery through DoorDash on 9/2, it arrived on time. The problems were with the food itself. I’ll go from best to worst. The Fried Vegetable Spring Rolls were good. The Thai Bubble Tea (which is supposed to be an iced drink) was warm to the touch. (I understand that the tapioca pearls are coming out of a hot pot, but maybe there’s a better alternative rather than to just put them straight into the cold beverage?) The Broccoli w/ Garlic Sauce looks absolutely nothing like its photo and definitely was not worth the $10.95 it’s priced at. It was just steamed broccoli with bits of minced garlic from a jar sitting in its own steam water, it was not a sauce and the garlic was not cooked with the broccoli. There were no peanuts and chili flakes as was pictured. In addition, the rice that came with it was the tiniest take out container I’d ever seen and not cooked all the way through. The biggest issue with this order were the Pork Soup Dumplings. They were entirely inedible. The filling was the consistency of a meat slurry. There wasn’t pork & vegetable pieces in soup in a dumpling; it was a lukewarm, oily, meat smoothie in a dumpling and I would’ve attached a picture had I not had to immediately spit it back out into the container. Out of the near $55 (in their defense, $39 before DoorDash taxes, fees, and tip) I spent to conveniently have this food in the comfort of my home, the only food I was able to stomach was the spring rolls and maybe half of the broccoli. It’s a good thing they DID NOT INCLUDE the utensils and napkins I SPECIFICALLY asked for by checking the box offered to me on DoorDash, because I didn’t need them as everything else was thrown out. I think that maybe they should turn their money and focus away from paying for flashy & fancy custom bags & cups and instead invest that money into bettering their food quality. Just because your food arrives in a custom printed bag with a “How To Eat Soup Dumplings” comic strip on the back does not mean that food will be worth paying for let alone eating. What an absolute disappointment of a meal. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here as there are much better soup dumplings to be...
Read moreI am usually pretty understanding when it comes to restaurants having an off day. However, this Chinese food is absolutely disgusting. My 6 year old who loves dumplings from all places spit them out. The chicken had the texture of biting into a raw piece of meat, the crab fried rice smelled off, the pork bun was a mixture of both hard and soft and the dim sum and everything was sooooooooo salty to the point of being nearly inedible. I am seriously questioning the quality of the food. From what I have tasted it seems like someone just made a trip to the frozen section of a supermarket then put it on the menu with a premium price tag. This place needs a serious revamp otherwise someone is going to get...
Read moreFirst time ordering and omg it is so good. It’s in the old fluff and fold spot across from wegmans where they have a few places you can order from. We got chicken soup dumplings which were absolutely amazing. The beef onion pan fried soup dumplings were better than what I expected. It was like a delicious comfort meal in the center. We also got the steamed bbq pork buns and the pan fried soy noodles and the fried buns for dessert and those reminded me of a funnel cake. I can’t wait to order from this...
