, oh thank you I got it now alright bye okay Sarah the receptionist operator / was cordial second trip back Jackie was completely different than Sarah back to Sunday night there was only one man they're doing both sides I guess we'll call him a pitbull us his name was Ronald irori I think I seem to find the way that the casino was being run with a fairy on professional and the sense that back in my day we call it the rim shot or something like that if you can't no it's close so rimshot rimshot inside anyway you know it seem like everybody was just doing what they wanted to do but yet it was still logged in I said it wasn't chaotic but anyway I was still very very unprofessional oh by the way the year the bartender's very very unprofessional I mean I should there for five minutes in the two bartenders or whatever they were never even acknowledged me until I call them but you're disgusting I think going back Tuesday night and then was playing the same game same dealers everything nothing changed except the the men dealers seem to have an attitude stream leak quick with the cards and everybody else sort of you know tolerated that I guess but I'm a little older handicapped and you know I asked a couple of times could they go slower one of the guys there just looked at me like no so then all the attitude started to come out and they seem to go faster instead of slower and I was the main entry in this event here every table I go do I draw I was the only one that was seven people playing at my table so they are very disrespectful very attitude ish end the one dealer at the end went so quick that I X do you know the person that's you know they had to pay sound does this and does that CX time to go slower and then he says to me well how slow you like me to go is it slow enough so I can see everybody's hand and see you on hand so right away so right away we were in on good terms here I guess the attitude come out plus mine but he made after that he made 5 mistakes in nine hands that the girl is sitting at it does the money thing how to correct them so after all I got I get up and left and I will never never go back to your Club again...

We all had jackets at the table but they had the AC so strong that it didn't matter if you were wearing a jacket. At my table we all complained but they wouldn't listen. The whole poker table complained again with a different manager that was just starting his shift and he said that he couldn't do anything about the AC. He moved all of us to a different table but that didn't solve the problem because the whole room was FREEZING. I guess THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS at all. I am just really hoping that I don't get sick after tonight but I wouldn't be surprised if I do. Outside the casino was cold so it was moronic to have the AC so cool inside the casino and more so when your customers are telling you that it is too cold and your only answer is that you can't do anything about it, REALLY? Are you kidding me? I guess they don't care about the people giving them business. It was the first and my last time that I set foot in there. Never going back. There are better places like Pechanga Casino where their room is comfortable and they do care about...

My boyfriend and I were on vacation and we decided to stop by Oceans Eleven Casino. Their parking lot was full when we arrived and we were told by Joseph who is a security officer who works at the casino to park in the lot directly across from the casino. When we left the casino around 1:30am we discovered that our car had been towed. We had to pay $26 to get to Pacific Towing and we had to pay an additional $385 to get the car out. When we went back the following day to plead our case we were given the run around by multiple employees. The person in charge at the time was named Kathy and she was able to pin point exactly when the incident occurred and who was responsible for misleading us thanks to their security cameras. After multiple days of calling and waiting for a response we received a call stating that Ocean's Eleven had no intention of refunding us the money for the incident. I don't plan on returning to Ocean's Eleven Casino and I hope this review will help...
