Michoacana Mía - Oceanside — Restaurant in Oceanside

This is my review of Michoacana Mia Oceanside. With a history that goes back to more than 40 years of tradition, this Icecream Shop serves MORE than just icecream. They have a wide variety of flavors to please any sweet-tooth desire!

Michoacana Mia Oceanside is located on Mission Avenue in the Walmart shopping plaza. This is the perfect location for them because there are plenty of food options surrounding them, and there is also a high school across the street Although they are tucked away in the corner, this location will hopefully supply them with patron customers with the student body.

Their interior is very bright and colorful and done in the style of Mexican cultural aesthetics. One small downside is that it is very slender and small in design, which can be a disadvantage when it gets crowded.

But if you like ice cream or sweet treats, this is definitely a destination to check out.

From savory super-sweet, to fruity, coffee-based, to sorbets, to creamy, to spicy, Michoacana Mia has something for EVERYONE!!

What impresses me the most is that even with it gets crowded with a line of customers heading out the door, the staff were still friendly, calm, fast and efficient!!

Their menu is INSANE!! They’ve got something to satisfy every palette!

But I can’t express how amped up I am to try all the plethora of flavor combinations that are available!!

I think it is a new concept in San Diego County. something different from other places and other michoacanas. The first time I visited a Michoacana Plus was in the Los Angeles area. everything was delicious, prices are a bit high, but if you want something good the price is reasonable. Hopefully soon they give us lids for the cups and it will be easier to carry. I almost don't want to tell you about La Michoacana because I want to keep it as my place but it's already kind of famous. There are other Michoacana paleterias but they're not all the same. La Michoacana Plus is the one you want, es el mejor! It's bright and pink, pumping fun music, and full of treats.
