Went in today (1/4/25) to get 2 recliners that we seen last week on display for 288$ after calling to verify of they still had them and the guy that answered said they did in 3 colors. So when we get there we pick out the 2 we wanted and the girl helping us went to check on the price to make sure and she came back and said that ācorporateā done changed the prices to 399$. The husband did a little talking with the manager guy and we got them for 350$ chair. The down fall is that thereās only a 1 day return policy and you have to pay them to return the piece of furniture. We got home and put them together which is kindly ācheaplyā made. One arm rest screw was not the right one so the husband had to go back up there to get a replacement screw. All in all we got what we paid for I suppose on choosing cheaper. The Girl who helped us was super sweet and didnāt mind all the questions the husband kept asking. If she didnāt know the answer sheād go ask, but made sure she answered all his questions. I returned to the store on Monday July 1st to finalize the deal and a salesman said he could deliver the merchandise to us the next day and then the manager comes in and speaks with the salesman in Spanish and my wife is Hispanic and can understand what they were saying and then the manager returned to the sales desk we were at and charged me $190 when all I was supposed to pay was $8 in the difference in merchandise and then she tried to fast talk us and change up everything. Then when the merchandise was delivered the box spring to the mattress set was ripped and the mattress is still not what I wanted or picked out when I went into the store.
