Del Taco — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

If I could give a zero I would The worst customer service iv ever had!!! Lazy manager and that says what follows for staff !!! Made a order through del taco app and the manager was so uneducated on the app itself he had no idea what I ordered through ( the del taco app!) and top it off after he said to come get the order through drive through and I drive there and he refused to give me my order even though he is the one who had me drive there to pick it up and told me he would replace my order!! Unreal!!! ! Wow!a bit of a advice for hiring managers and Del taco Human resources !!’ Please take the time to train your managers on customer service and how to treat people!! It’s so pathetic when you call the del taco hotline and they have to apologize for management that is to young to know better!!! And management that find it Funny to joke with staff about this stuff! And act so childish!!! This staff was so unprofessional and has no clue how to run a business. Stop hiring 18 year olds as managers and hire adults that know customer service!!! Just stay clear of I-240 and Penn in okc they don’t know what they are doing! Totally afraid to eat...

I made a mobile order at 1:13pm. I got there at 1:20pm. I was told to pull up front and wait. I waited for 30 minutes and had to call to ask if they got my order. They said they got it but it was just low in queue. I saw about 15 cars order, pay, and get their food before me and I was the only person waiting on food. I only ordered 3 items plus a drink! I asked them to just cancel my order and she said she didn't know how so I said I would do it and hung up. I canceled the order I never received and I better get my money back. I had to spend half my lunch waiting on food that was never even prepared despite the fact that my order should have been made and delivered before all the people after me. I have blood sugar issues and had to eat candy and a bag of chips because that's all I could find at work for the next 5 hours before I could go home and eat. I'm furious with this location and I will never return here again. At least at Taco Bell and Taco Bueno I can get...

I don't know why I have returned to this place, very disappointed yet again. I went inside to order food, waited almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter to ask if I had been helped. There was no one at the restaurant, so it's not as if they were busy by any means. I placed my order and almost immediately received my food. I shouldn't have received my food as fast as I did. That only ment that the food had already been made and was sitting under a warmer or it should have been. It couldn't have been though simply because my food was cold. Two items I ordered, I should have waited at the very least 5 minutes and it should have been warm. That was not the case. Received my food in under 2 minutes and the food was cold.
