Starbucks — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This one is hit or miss with consistency. The girl at the window today (very pretty, long black hair, ponytail) probably said 2 words to me. I tried to tell her something and add something to my order and twice she turned around and walked off and ignored me talking to her or pretended she didn't hear me. I never did get to order that other thing. My first drink was fine, but I also ordered an iced quad espresso with cream, and it was brought without cream, which wouldn't be a big deal except the shots were completely dead and black by that point, and I told her that, but she wasn't listening and they just poured milk (not cream) into that one. I asked if that's what they did and she said yes, so I literally just gave it back and said I didn't want it because the shots were dead and she wasn't listening. She just stared at me and didn't say anything or ask why so I drove off because I was afraid I was gonna snap on the girl for ignoring me or not offering to fix it and then I would be in the wrong. So I payed $15 (with tip) for one $6 drink and to be ignored. Please teach your baristas that espresso shots get bitter and gross once they turn black, so they should have remade that drink and added cream before it turned, and also that cream is cream and milk is milk. I don't even care that the employee didn't want to have conversation with me, its a job and it sucks to be fake nice to people all day, I get that, whatever, but if someone is trying to tell you something at least listen because I was just trying to get what I paid and tipped for and spend more money on...

Starbucks. Yeah. Great place. I feel like Starbucks loves me and you know I love them. No way I would politics and all that stuff come between me and the way I feel about a good natured enviroment. Always felt like I could take a small breather in Starbucks and try and come up with my next move. These moves can be treacherous. Treacherous indeed for me. So that's nice. Got that good coffee. Some treats if you want them. I think you can use an app and they will have your coffee ready when you get there. No wait, that's great. Distractions is what I get most of the time, especially when it's important that I do something, not specifically there, or any Starbucks specifically, but when I know that there is something very important that I must do, then you can bet those Distractions are going to be coming in STRONG. So that's what I got when I was there. That was a distraction, but that's okay, got some coffee to stay focused and I'm back in the game baby. Man... I love and hate distractions... I mean I really love them, but... It's a distraction, so i have to keep going, keep moving forward. With help of Starbucks, I can stay focused and distraction free 👍. Unless the distraction walks through the front door when you are trying to focus and drink coffee that is, but that never happens right? Just that once? Well, anyway, go get some coffee, and focus. If you have to focus... Coffee helps with focus... and distractions...

The devil was doing his finest work this morning. Just left here right after being there for 15 minutes. Timed it out so I could to make it to work and get a drink. She literally asked if I wanted my almond milk sugar cookie latte hot, and I said “YES, ITS HOT”. Then they proceeded to make me an ICE COLD drink when it’s 20° outside. Why confirm that I want my drink HOT and then proceed to make it COLD? On top of that, when I got to the pay window, she took several more orders before opening the window to help me pay for my stuff. Then proceeds to walk around the register. Like girl! So after making me the wrong drink and then not remaking it-because they made several more drinks that weren’t mine and kept putting other drinks near the register…if I’m the first car and you need to remake my drink, why would you prioritize cars behind me when I’m first? This is pure logic. No one else is going anywhere if the first car doesn’t receive their order?? I ask for a refund because at this point I’m late for work. I don’t want the drink anymore. Then girl caught an even bigger attitude. LIKE, YOU made the drink WRONG when I communicated what I wanted. YOU made it wrong! So give me my money back. Some Hispanic dude with glasses and Hispanic girl with long hair. Just had nasty attitudes. I had no reason to be upset until I saw they weren’t remaking the drink and asked for a refund. WHY...
