We had a blast! Totally worth the $18 for the kids but I found it extremely upsetting to have to pay $18 so that I could go in and watch my child. I have a bad knee and cannot jump at all. So I paid $18 to sit in the sun and wait for my kids for an hour and a half. There should be a non-jump option. As I’m not gonna send my five-year-old in an eight-year-old into a huge jump house and not be nearby in case they get hurt. I would do it in a heartbeat if I didn’t have to pay the entry fee For myself. I have a handicap placard in my car I can’t jump. my husband that day didn’t jump either because he was already tired from doing yardwork. So we spent an extra $36 to watch our kids play. The kids had a wonderful time. The snowcones were delicious and I was impressed with the facility from top to bottom but I don’t think you should require entry fees for some adults. Update / 3/8/24 a representative from FunBox, called and left a message on my phone. They were very apologetic. And they credited my credit card for my ticket. Which I really appreciate - considering I didn’t jump at all. I will definitely take my kids back- one more time. So that I’ll be changing my three star as of today to...

Concept is great but in actuality the place was a lawsuit waiting to happen. First issue is making parents who are obviously disabled or cannot jump pay $18 to sit in flimsy chairs under canopies that were halfway deflated was a good reason to not come back. Second not allowing outside drinks like water bottles to be brought in and then not taking cash for drinks or snacks, I had find the manager to get a bottle of water after the very rude lady running the concession yelled at me when I tried to pay in cash. Also every trashcan and the sno cone syrup dispenser were covered in at least 100-200 bees. Not sure the waiver covers anaphylactic shock from a bee sting. The staff hardly was paying attention to the actual bounce houses and if you are in management maybe keep the talking about handing out Adderall to each other to a minimum you never know who is listening. Overall for the $43 we paid for my son to play and almost get dehydrated and then get chased by a horde of bees and for me to just sit there and watch in the heat we won't be back and I don't...

The ā€˜Largest Bounce House’ event put on by Funbox was the PERFECT way to start out our spring break!! My 8 year old son and I did the 2 hour VIP experience, it’s the PERFECT amount of time. We were able to run, play and enjoy EVERYTHING funbox had to offer! The VIP experience came with the required socks and a snocone, which were both lovely. They actually let the kids put the flavoring on their own snocones, messy but you could tell they were ALL havin a ball. As much fun as we had at the attraction, I wouldn’t feel right not to mention the staff. Each and EVERY single member we encountered went above, beyond and was downright INCREDIBLE. The PATIENCE those folks have! I never saw any of them without a smile on their face and genuinely happy to help! We’d give it TEN stars if it was allowed and they get all 4 of our thumbs up!! HIGHLY...

We loved it! Had so much fun and loved that you had to make reservations because it limited the amount of people there at once. It was still very busy but can’t imagine how it would have been without the reservations. Had a great experience with all the staff as well. They were all so kind and willing to help. The ONLY complaint was that the Velcro on the emergency exits were like super glue. My daughter got her hair stuck in it and we almost had to cut it out. So beware of that if you have children with longer hair. Everything else was great!

I brought my 3 children and their cousin here and we all had a blast. I liked the idea of parents paying because it encouraged me to join in on the fun. I was definitely going to play if I had to pay. Unfortunately, my 9 year old thought he had super powers and decided to do a front flip, causing him to knee himself in the eye, so we left before the time was up, but even with that, we still all enjoyed ourselves. I feel the prices are well worth it!!!!
