Taco Mayo — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

The lady taking our order sounded like she was under the influence. She asked us what we wanted 2-3 times and finally go it. She repeated the order to us. We proceed to pull around to the window to pay and pick up food, we realized she didn't place the order correctly as a combo. The person that took our payment apologized for the other lady's mistake. Thankfully we weren't charged for combos. We ordered 2 quesadilla combos, one nacho something and a steak bowl. It took the woman almost 10 minutes to put our order together. The other lady helped folks at the counter then noticed we were still waiting for our food so she went over to check on the woman working on our order. Still nothing. FINALLY, our order was complete. The young lady handed us our food and apologized again for the long wait. Much to our surprise, our nachos, if you want to call them that, and our steak bowl were slapped together like a tornado hit the kitchen. NOTHING like the pictures, in fact we couldn't tell if we received what we ordered. So we will not dine in or out at this Taco Mayo ever again. Someone needs to check on the older woman, she may need intervention. I wouldn't want her being under the influence and accidentally dropping any type of drug in...

Went to get a quesadilla and soda today. The coke tasted like mop water. I went in and asked for something else and was given a new cup and an apology for the soda, they seemed Good natured. I tried the coke from the lobby machine and exact same taste as the one from behind the counter. It didn't even smell like coke. I got a Sprite and took a sip and it was still bad. Whoever fixes the carbonation ratios or whatever has no idea what they're doing. I threw it away.

The quesadilla chicken and cheese were fine but the white sauce in it was overfilled. It was literally dripping everywhere. Less is more. I went and asked my sister If she ate there before and her exact words "ew no, that place is nasty. Everyone that eats there comes through complaining about it." She works in the outlet mall.

I just went through the drive thru at the Oklahoma city location on South Council around 6:20 pm on February 12 2021; I had a very rude interaction with an employee in the drive thru. This is not the first time I have had a r ude employee at this particular location. I pull up to the window and hear the young African American lady say "you don't even have your change ready" and then quickly and abruptly close the door. She opens the door back up takes my card and hands me my drink and as the door closes says to another employee "that I am being rude" I don't know how you are training your employees; but my wife is a manager for another locally owned fast food restaurant and would not expect her employees to treat customers like this especially when I did nothing to deserve...
