Do not go here and purchase anything. All they want is your money, they will scam you out of every penny! I would only check size here and go online and order it. They give you a bag as if it’s “complimentary” but they charge you $3 for it at checkout without even telling you. I specifically asked what their return policy was and she told me 45 days. So when I tried to return an unworn pair of crocs, they’re now telling me I cannot. Management needs to do better and educate their employees of their policy and rules. Also the employees watch you like a car sales man! It felt like I was being pressured into buying the crocs because she watched and followed me the whole time I was in the store. If you're going to buy, I suggest buying in store only. I bought a pair online, ordered a 7 and received a 6. They don't exchange they only do returns so even though I wanted the shoes, just in the correct size, I would have to do a return and then order again hoping they actually send the correct size. So I do the return and plan to go in store to buy once I receive the refund money. The initial email tells me that once they receive the shoes my refund should take 7-10 days. After 14 days and no refund I send an email to be told that it is actually 10-14 BUSINESS days. Okay, fine. It's now been 22 BUSINESS days since my return was received and still no refund. I was in the store at lunch today, I purchased 2 pairs of Crocs. I returned after work to refund/exchange the pair that I bought my daughter because she didn't like them.

When we walked in with the return and told the employee we wanted to look around before deciding to exchange or return. We were then followed around the store like we were going to rob the place! It made me very uncomfortable and I didn't appreciate it at all.

While looking for the sizes we needed, it was obvious we were looking for something we couldn't find but...no help.
