This place did have some of the best customer service around the outlet.. and has some pretty good sales sometimes so we go in to get my husband some clothes and all they have out size wise, in basically everything, are small and medium. When asked if they had any other sizes (he's a L/XL because he has broad shoulders) asked three different people, for three different items, and each one had the same snarky tone and attitude, that it was such an inconvenience to check in the back or even just ask over their walkie-talkies.. one even went so far as to say "yeah I'll go look. One sec" came back out not even a minute later saying "yeah, no. We don't have that." Needless to say we will probably just stick with our local Dillard's that carries Polo from now on. At least they're friendly and willing to actually look for the correct size/sizes needed.
Also, it took 5 mins each time, so 15 total, to even find someone to ask for assistance because they'd all disappear into the back or be at the front registers talking amongst themselves.. VERY...

I went in there today the black lady at the door clearly seen I had a sack went to the register to do a Exchange there were a few people ahead of me so I went over to see if this store even had A few of the items I want different sizes in. When I tell you, she was so rude and was literally on my heels not near to my hands was full. None of the employees look happy they all have frowns on their faces. They were not friendly. They really need to change the atmosphere back the way it used to be. No one to store is empty and dead. You better off driving all the way to Fort Worth. at least the customer...
