🤩🤩🤩✨✨✨⭐️⭐️ This place is amazing—clean, professional, and super friendly. My 7-year-old, Quincee, needed an iPad, but let’s be honest, kids aren’t the best at keeping things intact. So, I brought in an iPad Mini so shattered you could see its soul. 🤣 !!! I originally had it stashed away in my electronics scrap pile. When I’ve got some spare time, which is never, I’ll take out all the precious metals like gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and copper. I drove by this place a few days ago and thought I’d give it a shot. You never know what to expect walking into these places. 5 out of 6 have either closed their doors or can’t find anyone to work. This place was nothing like that. I dropped the iPad off, received an email with all the details about the repair and two days later it was ready. The iPad looks brand new, and I didn’t have to buy a replacement. If you’ve got a broken screen, basically any size iPhone/Android or iPad these folks are Highly recommend!...

DO NOT USE, FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!! Horrible service and didn't fix the issue they created. Needed a new battery in my Apple Watch and I ended up with an Apple Watch that doesn't work. Fully functional watch when I dropped it off and now it's useless. I explained to him that the crown of the watch worked just fine when I brought it to them and that issue was created by the tech that "replaced" the battery. When I asked for a refund the employee said "well sir you still have a new battery". Overall they had my Apple Watch for four weeks. The original battery replacement was completed in a week and when I noticed that it didn't work properly I took it straight back to them. The last "repair" took three weeks and ended up rendering the watch useless. Horrible service started with rude phone calls with empty promises of them calling me back with updates. The female employee that answers the phone is the rudest of them all. Zero stars...

I called several repair stores after I had a bad experience with a different repair shop that even after them "fixing" the extra problems they caused, my screen was separated at the edges.

After talking to several repair shops, Frank actually called me back to see if they could help. After I described the situation, he was honest with a best case and worst case price scenario, which I appreciated. Both prices were good in comparison to others.

When I took it to them, it was finished way sooner than expected and so far seems to be holding up well.
