Myself and 11 of my family members came to dine in around 6pm on 8/24/2024 for a late bday dinner for my niece. I noticed there was 2 special needs families there and a few other families eating. When I went to get myself and my youngest daughter our plates I was given hateful, dirty looks from employees to customers for my shirt and necklace I had on for context I had a black t-shirt that said "Salem 1692 they forgot one" and my pentacle necklace on, I am a adult and will ignore people but when the employees are being rude on purpose thats a problem. I was getting my second plate and heard 2 female employees talking negatively and making fun of the special needs family that just leftcause the adult son smashed a brownie on his face eating and made a small mess, after I notified the manager on duty the same employee walked by our tables and rolled their eyes and gave go to hell looks. Read moreThe pizza isn't great when it's fresh, but when it's been setting out for an hour, it's barely palatable. I can't believe i just paid $25 for 3 people to eat the worst pizza in town. By far, the worst. The only flavor i really enjoy didn't come out until we were walking out. The pizza is frustratingly impossible to cut. The ladies bussing tables were sweet, but the BOH guys seemed apathetic to their surroundings. They had too many people on too early, and not enough pizza. 7 people standing around staring at old pizza waiting for new pizza too come out. Word of advice: don't go between happy hour and dinner rush. It's like the last 2 slices of all the pizza from happy hour and they don't start making more until 5. Glad they splurged on the new arcade. I can't wait for the obligatory "sorry we failed to meet your expectation" reply from a clueless franchise owner who has no REAL intent of making changes to improve the customer experience. What's their incentive? People are obviously willing to pay $13 a head for a subpar experience.... even the parking...
Read moreI normally like it here. I just wanted to say that, this time, I arrived at 8:45pm. Assuming that they close at 10 (because the internet AND THE FRONT DOOR say that). We got in the door and the manager was telling us that they close at 9pm. So I ultimately felt rushed by her rude attitude. In my opinion, I am spending money to take myself and two kids out, it should be enjoyable. I work for the food service industry so I am aware of what is accaptable and what's not. We were already planning on respectfully eating quickly and leaving with plenty of time for them to clean & close. The disrespect from the manager was not cool.. I was not being anything close to diarespedtful to her, so it was just uncalled for. Later I asked an an employee what time they closed and she told me 10, but 9:30 if they were slow.
