I went there for 2 years . First time I got the Botox was good and later on to got filler for full string but she put in for me just only half. So when it done they walked me out to pay and charges me for full syringe. I not say nothing kept ignored yo see what they going to say the left over of another half. So nobody say anything and I asked the cashier. I made appt for full filler but saw half left . So the cashier spas it all finished cuz they use it all. I said I saw it by my own eye. Them cashier went in to ask them and the answered was yes have some left for little bit I said no it’s a lot . So I told them I need it all today cuz it not enough for me. Then they said have tk make another appt for next 2 weeks cuz no time to do it today(they stole my filler to sell to another) so I got appt for My filler left over and also do Botox . So the Botox was $620 . Been 2 weeks later Botox was not work like use to work. I made another appt again 1 month after that time . And again $400 so not work again I knew it’s something wrong. So I make another appt again 2 weeks later and another $200. So what they did was they charged me the expensive Botox but injected me with low quality Botox. Everywhere I went for Botox then always show me the box of the Botox and mixed right on the front of me and bring the empty box to me if I need to take home. But this place they hiding in another room. So they can put the bad one we don’t have to see. So if anybody go for Botox then not Here or ask them if they can do on the front of you cuz they scammed me . I believe they did to many of patients . So be careful and please give the reviews if anybody got any experiences...
Read moreI’ve been going to Mariposa for several years. My most recent visit was Awkward and Embarrassing. When I was brought back for my services I asked for numbing cream, as I have for several Years. The person who brought be back informed me “we don’t do that for this procedure”. I advised I’ve been coming here for years and have always done this. She looked at me in disgust, told me to wash my face and left. Fortunately I never saw her again during my appointment. My aesthetician advised me that my file is noted, but she’ll be sure to put a pop up. She numbed me; however, I didn’t receive enough time to become number and the treatment around my lips was terrible. There is no reason to be made to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable by any employees at a spa. This is my face, skin and pain tolerance. I know my body better than the employee who took me back. She was rude and not empathetic. Hopefully I won’t have to interact with her in the future. If I do I’ll find another medial spa whose team will treat each customer as an individual and listen to their personal needs and wants. Thank you for letting me express my most...
Read moreI was a patient at Mariposa for almost 9 years. My experiences were always amazing. The staff (from the front desk, to back of house team) really knows how to take care of you. They are honest with what your skin could benefit from and excellent at giving me exactly what I wanted. Now that I'm on the hunt for a new skincare center, I called Mariposa to see if they could provide me details of what I had completed in the past so I can ensure I'm not being "sold" into more than I need in a new place. Dawn was so kind and mailed me all of my past procedures with Mariposa, a map of my "face" of past injectables and units used. Truly went out of her way to ensure I was prepared while finding someone new. I'd forever be a...
