We've got good friends, who are also local business owners, that have been telling us about Signs Now for the past couple of years insisting they are the best in town. The time had finally arrived we needed their services. I cannot speak highly enough to their level of service. From the moment Signs Now picked up the phone, I knew they were different. They listened, respected our companies mission, processes and took the time to thoroughly understand our goals. Their pricing is reasonable and fair. At no time did we feel pressured into "signing" a commitment purchase order. During the time we were in the store discussing our project, I watched obvious repeat, after repeat, customer come in out of their door, clearly satisfied, and on a first name basis with everyone working there. Signs Now just might be one of the best kept business secrets in Oklahoma City. I strongly recommend individuals and business owners take the time to price their jobs there. They left us with a sign they couldn't hang up but had agreed to do so. They came to hang it, had not assessed the brackets in the first place and it wouldn't work. In order to install it (after it was made and price agreed on), the guy said he would need to charge me an additional 800$. Truly an awful experience (as business operator, I would have tried to make it right for the customer). By this point, we realized the sign probably wouldn't even be able to withstand the weather that they said it would. It also was taken from his pickup bed in haphazard way. I found scratches ALL OVER the sign. We didn't know what else to do with it so we just put it inside of our business. We found another person, honest and reliable. The bad part of all of this is that you could tell the guy DID NOT CARE about the condition he left us in. The sign is in my store. Full of scratches. I will never recommend them to any business associates because they didnt care to make it right.... So sad. I highly...

They did an incredible job!!! Hayse was so nice and was very thorough, not once did I feel like he was trying to oversell. I told him what my budget was and asked if my vision was achievable. He didn’t hesitate once he looked over my ideas. He told me he can work with my budget and help us achieve the look we wanted. He worked extremely fast in getting the project started.

Once we were ready to start, I started working with Mica. I had a lot of ideas and Mica was extremely patient through all of it. She worked with me and didn’t make me feel bad about the changes I wanted to make. She was very kind, Carrie also helped on the project and was very easy to work with as well.

We dropped off the van this morning to get wrapped and got it back this afternoon.

It’s seriously incredible how diligent and professional they were.
