Crumbl — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Horrible location and horrible management. I left a bad review because I waited an HOUR for a 3 pack of mini cookies just for them to come out and give me a 6 pack of random cookies that I didn’t even order. When I told them they gave me the wrong cookies and asked for the ones I ordered, they flat out told me they were out after I had already waited outside for an hour. I ended up just leaving and left a bad review. Then someone from crumbl replied to my comment and asked that I delete the review because it makes their business “look bad”. Emailed them using the email they gave me and said I would delete the bad review as long as I get a refund. After going back and forth over my refund they started acting like I was lying to get extra money because they refunded another person with my name and I told them that was not me. In the screenshot they sent me you can clearly see MY order was curbside, and this other person named Elizabeth ordered inside the store at the kiosk. I never set foot in the store. Told them they refunded the wrong person. Told them that was not my card number or my phone number. Clearly another person named Elizabeth ordered a 6 pack and they mixed up our orders. Instead of fixing the problem they decided to talk to me like I was lying. Clearly they refunded the wrong person REGARDLESS if that person had the same name as me. absolutely horrible service. i was greeted when i first came in which was great then i had to wait over 10 minutes for my order to even be taken. i had a free voucher redeemed in the app so i had to order at the register. there was 2 people actually working who were nice and there were two-3 workers standing in the back visible and even eating doritos by the stoves and talking with their co workers…..for this to be a BRAND NEW crumbl location this really disappointed me i usually go to the crumbl on May AVE and have NEVER had a issue and i got there weekly to try new flavors. the cookie was great tho. will i come back? probably not❤️ i just read multiple complaints/reviews on here this really needs to be addressed. i came in march 25,...
