Hunan Wok — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

My husband and I came here for lunch and the food was ok. Nothing crazy just a basic buffet. The issue with my visit was as we went to pay they charged me for 2 bills mine (that was $30) and for someone else’s (for $45). I went to the desk to see why they had charged me twice and they just kept asking if my card was a credit card and not explaining why I was just charged for 2 bills. Finally when they put together that they used my card to pay for 2 separate bills they refunded me the wrong bill ….. so in the end they refunded me both bill amounts and made me pay my bill AGAIN. So for a mediocre buffet, $106.50 later for my $30 bill, and for them to act annoyed when I asked them why they charged me twice I don’t think I will be back. I don't know what's up with the rest of the reviews but the food here was great! I mean really great. I've eaten a lot of Asian food all over the place (including most of the buffets in OKC) and everything I tried here was top tier. This place blows the other places away in quality. The traditional "American Chinese" food was seasoned really well and never dry or burnt or anything. But the more "traditional" things like the rice and even the kimchi were outstanding. It was so good I went to the buffet and got a little bit of almost everything to try it and just everything was really good. Also, nothing was old or dried out when I went. Trust me, if you like really well made Chinese food, this place is pretty tasty. This was our first time ordering here and we will never be back. We ordered delivery from the restaurant’s website. I checked the delivery tracker after 25 minutes and it said our food had been delivered but it had not. I called the restaurant and was told someone picked it up and we’d have it shortly. After another 15-20 minutes and still no food I called again. The person who answered said they were too busy to talk to me and hung up on me. I called back again and they wouldn’t answer. Called from my husband’s phone and they picked up right away. He requested that they call the delivery person and find out what was going on.
