Looking for computer repair? Look no further. John is the person I will continue to call when I need help. First of all, I wanted him to come over right away; and he did! He dropped what he was doing to help me. (He has a very busy schedule!) I asked a lot of questions, probably an annoyance, but he was always patient, helpful, and informative. Not only did he answer my questions, he explained them and gave me alternative choices.

John's professionalism was very much appreciated but not as much as his laid back, calm-friendly manner. My problem was solved under an hour so I asked questions that weren't quite related to his job. He had no problem with that. I completely feel good about recommending John for your go to jobs. I called Oly Tech Guys one morning because I woke up to a frozen laptop screen (after weeks of my computer acting kind of glitchy, if I'm honest). I work for myself from home, so having a non-functioning computer really isn't an option for more than about a day. Fortunately, they were able to get me right in that morning. Cashawn couldn't have been nicer as he calmly explained the different options all the way from a simple clean-up to replacement of the hard drive to a new laptop. John was very thorough with all of my tech needs. He handled everything on my list. He was very patient while teaching me how to do simple computer tasks on various programs and apps I have. He also explained things simply to where I could understand what the Technology was supposed to do for me, and how to get it all to work. He even suggested options for getting my TV set to act as a computer monitor, so that I can work on computer docs and folders, from my couch, some 8ft away.
