Sound Audio Repair is awesome. We have a Roland TD-17 Drum module that took a direct hit with a drum stick and busted the LCD screen. Searching for an authorized Roland repair near me, I found Sound Audio repair and contacted them. They called when the replacement part was shipped from from Roland, only a few days, so I dropped off the drum module and picked it up the following morning. Works as good as new with no signs that there was a repair, and the cost was minimal. A heck of alot less than if I sent the module to Roland for repair. Ethan and his team did an outstanding job of bringing our vintage RCA Victor console back to life! The system needed a lot of TLC, which it received and now it's like listening to a new stereo with old school sounds and smells. I grew up listening to the stereo system in my grandmothers house. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed listening to records on a turn table.

Also, Ethan and his team were able to refurbish the system before the date I needed it home for a birthday party. Everyone loved playing old records on our vintage stereo.

I had Sam repair a Tascam cassette eight-track and a Gates pre-amp. He was professional, prompt, and polite, and both pieces of gear came back working flawlessly. The eight track was cleaner than it's probably ever been! Sam is a magician with a soldering iron, and an incredible asset to the Western Washington general area, as a complete guru for all vintage audio gear. He is more affordable than his competitors, and his breadth of expertise and work quality are comparable if not superior.
