I went to altitude on a fun little double date with my friends and we arrived at 8:00. My boyfriend and I paid $30 for 2 hours for the two of us, knowing that we would only get an hour in the trampoline park (because they close at 9) which was completely fine. However, after 30 minutes an employee approached us and told us we needed to leave because they were closing early for a private event. This was not at all disclosed to us when we were checking out and paying for our wristbands. I’m not upset that Altitude was closing early for a private event, I was angry and disappointed that they made no mention of closing early AT ALL when we were signing waivers and paying. It was completely unprofessional and our visit to Altitude Trampoline Park was a complete waste of money. I am very disappointed. When I approached the front desk to ask for compensation because they did not inform any of us that they were closing early and within the time I payed for, they just offered an hour’s worth jump time if we came back another time within two weeks and refused any sort of money refund. I explained to the man at the counter that they NEVER ONCE MENTIONED they were closing early before or after I had paid. He said he didn’t even know they were closing early until they had to announce it. I told him that was not at all my problem and it should have been explained when we bought jump time within the time they were closing early. I told him this issue was not at all his fault because he’s not in charge, didn’t know they were closing early in the first place, and was not the one that didn’t mention they were closing early when we payed, but that I was upset I wasted $30 on 30 minutes of jump time. His reply was “yeah. Sorry this is all I can do for you” and tried to hand us the 1-hour jump time coupon and get us out of the building. I’m honestly pissed of at how dismissive the customer service was and the complete lack of effort to resolve the problem. I was annoyed and tired of arguing so I just ended up taking the coupon and leaving. Update to my initial review: After posting my initial poor review talking about the frustrating experience I had, I ended up receiving a call from someone from Altitude Trampoline park. She was absolutely wonderful and apologized for the experience I had. The situation was resolved and I am really impressed with the customer service and kindness that I was met with. I seriously cannot do justice to how incredible the woman I spoke to on the phone handled the situation and I am grateful she took the time to reach out...
Read moreAlthough the set up of this place is very nice compared to other trampoline parks, we will not be going back here. We booked the MVP birthday package for my daughter's birthday and did not have a good experience at all with the staff.
First, we were not able to arrive 15 minutes early as we were told we could. I was told this was due to an OSHA issue due to something that wasn't closed correctly the night before from what the staff advised, but they were very abrupt and defensive when telling us this information. Then when I was coming in at 11am (the start of our party time) with arms full of balloons and bags, I was stopped (by the same worker who told us we couldn't come in at 10:45am) to get my youngest daughter checked in as a jumper. I know she needed to be checked in, but obviously my hands were full with things I was expecting to be able to bring in earlier so I was just going to drop off at the birthday table and then get her checked in. It felt very rushed and uncomfortable.
Then, there was only 1 party attendant working that day and we were not the only party there so everything was very delayed. We had some guests that got in the regular check in line when they arrived because no one was working the birthday check in line. When they finally got to the counter, they were told to move to the birthday side of the counter and waited quite a while longer for someone to finally help them. The birthday party attendant did advise that she was the only one there to help with the party things after I asked for my daughter's birthday shirt that hadn't been given out yet, but I don't understand why more of the staff couldn't help her to make things run smoothly.
Also, the foam block pit with the diving board had an issue and was not blocked off until well after opening. One of our guests used it and got a very bad sprained ankle from the pit not being filled up enough which we later found out was the issue when they finally did get that area taped off. That is a serious safety concern that should have been addressed before letting anyone in the building. I don't understand why this wasn't done sooner, considering we weren't allowed in early like we were supposed to be - I would have thought this is something the staff would have taken care of during that time.
I reached out to the facility via email on 4/1/24 and haven't received any response. BBB has been...
Read moreWe are visiting Omaha Nebraska with our three girls all the way from Louisiana. We decided to go to Altitude Trampoline Park because we were looking for something fun to do and we always have an amazing experience with the one back home. When we checked in at the front desk the employees didn’t even know their own pricing for the kids under two and tried charging me full price for my one and two year old. After that was settled we made our way to to the trampolines and proceeded to jump and have fun. But unfortunately that was brought to an end 25 minutes after we started jumping. They only had one employee on the floor and he was horsing around with the big kids playing dodge ball. There were other kids who wanted to play on things but they were closed since they had no one to run or supervise it. When we found something that didn’t require an employee and everyone was having fun the employee walked over and started to be very rude, disrespectful and making up rules and telling us if we didn’t like it to either deal with it or leave. This was very unprofessional and bad business. He had no right since we were doing nothing wrong. After trying to talk to him like adults he started to raise his voice and make a scene in front of our small children who were only looking to have a good time like we do at the one we go to all the time in New Orleans. Other parents started to complain therefore we all walked out and went to Urban Air Trampoline Park. It’s very unfortunate we pay so much money for something we didn’t even get to enjoy. But I will not let my kids be discouraged from something they love to do. Thank you Urban Air for making every visit fun and enjoyable.
Also, we bought the unlimited jump package that comes with a free shirt and they didn’t even have shirts in our sizes. Another thing, they have so much wasted space and their equipment is falling apart. Not worth the $60 it cost for us to jump (especially for 25 minutes.)
When we return home I look forward to going back to ours. They have more things for the kids to do and their staff is very friendly and fun!!
