RUNNNNN The previous owners were great but the new owners are awful! They were BEYOND rude and disrespectful. I have been coming here for 10 years and all my employees eat here NEVER AGAIN! The woman who took my order scolded me for adding a side of sauce when i got there to pick up. I get home and they forgot my crab ragoon, probably because she was too busy scolding me to pack my order correctly. I called about them forgetting it and she says I’ll give it to you next time and I said no I’m coming back for it. Although I’m home with an infant I have to turn around to go back and get it only when I get there for her to accuse me of lying!!!! Then the man who packed the crab Rangoon throws it across the counter at me. It was so bad a male customer came up to make sure I was OK . This woman is unconscionable I will never give this place a dime of my money and I will tell anyone who asked me to save themselves a headache. The food is mediocre and it’s not like it used to be.WASTE of money and almost...
Read moreOn June 14, 2017 my daughter and I went and ordered their great value meals..sweet and sour chicken...the little young girl (very young) on the register did not ask if we wanted fried or steamed rice. We have some fault in this situation as when we returned home and my daughter began to get her meal she discovered steamed rice. I asked her to return the food and get it remade. I even called and spoke with the same little girl. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HER IF WE COULD GET THE ENTIRE PURCHASE REMADE SO NO FOOD WOULD BE COLD. My daughter gets there and they attempt to scoop the steamed rice and hand her the cold food back. She calls me and says...the little girl said I did not tell her I didn't want the order remade...next thing my daughter does...can I have a refund...they remake the food...the little girl is consistently and blatantly lying saying I didn't ask for the food to be remade...guess what House of Lee? I will never come there again...please...

Coincidentally, the crab rangoons I paid for were missing from my order that I received minutes later.
That being said, I would still come back because the food was delicious. My sesame chicken was not overly sweet, as some restaurants tend to make it, and the lo mein was not overly salty. Bonus points for the spicy mustard! Overall, pretty good food!
I don't think I would order during peak dinner hours. (There didn't appear to be many people working, but the guy working the register was doing a GREAT job and did not let the visibly irritated customers...
