Wingstop — Restaurant in Omaha

I want to start off by saying that the full stars that I did give this location was me only been generous. Wanted wings and I know you really can't good good wings at a place like this but since we had a large group to feed and they had a great special going on agreed with everyone else and chose Wingstop Great special 20 bone-in or bone out wings for $20 we got two specials mixed up the flavors place the order was towed 30 minutes 30 minutes went back in was told they're bagging up your order now mind you so several other people come in place orders and get their orders before ours after 15 minutes ask about the order was told they're almost done another 20-minute passes by asked how much longer and the young lady behind the counter looks at my fiance and says we had a lot of big orders so we have to get those done. I understand if the orders were before mines but here's my problem maybe you had big orders before I came in but over 45 minutes ago you told me 30 minutes I've seen several people come in put in big orders to small orders and get their food before me 30 minutes after I place my order I was told my stuff was being backed up and yet still I'm still waiting It took over an hour to get some wings and not one person was apologetic about the wait You know we were happy that they opened a Wingstop a few blocks from our home and this was The second time that I've / we have ordered from this Wingstop The first time was around tax season so I understood why they were busy and packed and at first with it being a Friday I was giving them the benefit of the doubt last night let me rephrase that it wasn't even last night it was 5:00 in the evening but the treatment or should I say the customer service in there has turned me against that place The food isn't that great and even though they have a great deal I will still go somewhere else me personally I prefer caddyshack wings or Everett's wings if I ever do decide because Wingstop is having a great deal if you live in Omaha and it comes down to going to Wingstop for their special offers and quality of food please go to the one in the aksarben area Yes sometimes they are packed and even with them being packed and no seats available to wait on your food It comes out hot fresh tasteful great customer service they see that you've been waiting for a long time it's hot outside they're going to offer you a free drink excellent customer service excellent food so stay away from Wingstop on 90th no matter how good the specials are because you can always use those specials at a...

This was our third time ordering delivery from this Wingstop. It was a simple order, and yet when we received it, some of our order wasn't there. Specifically a Large order of Carrot sticks, and a Regular order of Mixed veggie sticks. I tried calling the store to be asked if i could be put on hold, saying yes it was ok, only to have them hang up on me. Called right back to be asked the same thing and called them out for hanging up on me but said ok. Ten minutes on hold, i had already decided to start driving to the location, she finally picked back up. I told her the issue and had to explain it 3 times for her to understand. Showed up to find the waiting room PACKED with delivery drivers waiting for food. the few interactions i saw of drivers getting food, the employee didn't properly check it, just handed them a bag and guessing it was theirs. One driver by me said she was there to pick up to orders that both showed as ready to grab on the app, yet the employee couldn't find the orders.

The counter clerk asked what i needed, i told her i was the one that just called in and what i needed. She gave me what i needed, be it was dripping water badly,only to find out they didn't give me the right order, and had to wait even longer for them to make it right!

As this is a newer location, not completely shocked as some of the low ratings. BUT idk if they're all true. We been to this location twice now and not times it was all excellent. First time was about a month ago and hesitated a little cuz of all the bad reviews. But we did an online order for about 2 hours later in the night. Got there at pick up time and food was hot and ready, literally in and out in about 10 seconds. Last night was second visit. I ordered on the app and accidentally did the order for ASAP not a later scheduled time as I wanted. I called the location right away and told them I actually needed it about a hour and half later. They told me they'll get it changed. Again cuz of the bad reviews I was half expecting them to make the order anyway and my food to just be sitting there for a hour waiting for me. But again, they killed it. Got there at my new pick up time, got my food and it was hot and everything we ordered. It was a busy Friday night, but since I pre ordered I was in and out in about 4 minutes. This location has my service. I think people are just looking for stuff to be made about these days.
