Always very happy with the service here, which has a far bigger impact than their unbelievable selection. Need a certain cabochon stone and can't find it? Every time, they'll happily pull out every stacked tray to help me find it (or at least confirm that they don't have any). Need to identify a tumblestone that wasn't purchased at their store? If whoever's in front doesn't know, they'll call up the guy in the back for his expertise. Buying a stone of questionable authenticity? They won't wait for me to question, knowing that I'm far from an expert-- buying tumblestones from a jar labelled "obsidian," I was immediately warned that the store had strong doubts, only labelled it obsidian because it was given to them by their supplier as such, and asked if I was sure about purchasing it. I did anyway, because I liked it even as a 'mystery' stone (light and porous, probably dyed), but I cannot express how impressed I am with salesmen who were actually pushing me NOT to buy questionable lapidary supplies. Highly recommend.
