Worst customer service ever. Whoever is answering the phone in the office right now is either having a bad day, or is a complete jerk. I would probably say the latter. I was trying to hire these guys to supply lights and sound for my wedding. I was simply asking about a quote I was told I would receive last Friday afternoon, and didn’t receive it. I understand things happen and people are busy. So, I waited until today to ask for it again. Once I asked more about the quote and if I could have it emailed to me the person on the phone became defensive on why I hadn’t received it yet, so much to the point that he kept cutting me off. He then went on to tell how busy they were, which I understand. I was going to tell him I understand but he kept rambling over me. He explained they were so busy and said my quote got pushed to the side without even telling me. Which again I understand but I don’t know why he decided to get mad at more or let me talk. I couldn’t get a word in or an explanation. He then told me that “I am gonna decline to have their services then.” And then hung up on me.
