Gulf State Park - Florida Point — Attraction in Orange Beach

My favorite beach access. Growing up in Foley I’ve been to all the beaches and this is my favorite that is car accessible. Plenty of parking and the prices are very reasonable. Great pavilions, restrooms, wash off areas, and boardwalks to different beach locations. The water in the channel can be rough but if you walk out to the souther beaches the water is usually calmer. My only issue is that beach tents (I have a Neso) can’t be used in front of the stakes which keeps you back towards the dunes. You need to use umbrellas here. Heads up that it can get really busy because of the reasons stated above. Also, if you’re here during the day you have a good chance of seeing the Blue Angels fly by on practice routes.
