First off, the manager, Kristie, is absolutely amazing. Super helpful, insightful, and overall great at what she is doing. She seemed short staffed and was handling the pressure very well. 5 stars to her. The main issue that I have with the store and the reason why it's getting such a low rating is the fact that their return policy is absolutely insane. If you don't read past this, just know that you do not buy anything that is mechanical or even so much as has a hinge on it. Their return/exchange policy is absolutely ridiculous. I bought my niece one of those small toy guns that shoot plastic disk, and literally, it would not work out of the box. There is no return. I can not get my money back, and I can not get an exchange anything. The store has numerous signs of their return policy. So I would highly recommend making sure that whatever you're buying. Either works or fits you before paying. Even though the store was blasted. Full of people I was walking around, and I believe I almost walked into the office where I noticed a heavy set woman talking on the phone with someone who was obviously a relative or friend. I couldn't help but hear the conversation and laughter as my wife and I were browsing. That is absolutely disgraceful. I'm assuming this was probably another manager, and if your store is being overwhelmed with patrons, the obvious answer is to not be sitting at a desk or sitting period in talking to your friends. Don’t shop here! I was in the store on Sunday to get a few beach toys - when I got to check out I heard the clerk tell the lady In front of me their credit card machine was down. As I watched her hand write all the info down on a manual credit card slip and finish the transaction I notice the girl didn’t write Down the expiration date or the security number on any of the manual slips of paper. I spoke up to the girl behind the register and told her she would need expiration date an security number to be able to run any of the credit card.. the girl was SO RUDE to me! She rudely told me “she knew what she was doing” and didn’t need my help to run her store. So I put all my things up on counter and she checked me out with the biggest attitude! I left the store! GUESS WHAT- she has been calling me ever since trying to get my expiration date and security code from my credit card! The store has since locked up my debit card because they have been trying to run my card with out my PIN number. They have shut it down for fraud- I would appreciate this store to STOP calling me STOP running my card! You have locked it up.

I was very nice and tried to warn the girl behind the counter she was doing something wrong! I told her I ran a retail store and there would be no way she could run the card with out the correct information! Maybe your clerks shouldn’t be so rude and maybe you wouldn’t have a problem . I will NEVER shop here...

I walked into this store today looking for a swim suit. I found one and went into the changing room. While in the middle of changing, I noticed the ladder to the stock room was down in front of my room. There was a beautiful girl stocking merchandise. As I took my clothes off, she walked up the stairs and stopped, watching me change. i could not see her face. As i put my clothes back on, she kept walking. I was unsure if she was checking me out, but it was a very awkward feeling. She was extremely attractive, and I wanted to give her my number and take her out to a lovely dinner, perhaps a long walk on the beach. If she is reading this, I hope you liked what you saw...
