Pizza At The Pass — Restaurant in Orange Beach

Great Pizza! Different than any type I have ever had, and the best on the Island as far as I am concerned! I consider myself a total pizza snob and their pizza is always fresh and consistently delicious! Hand tossed into a thinner style and topped with amazing mozzarella cheese. All the toppings are fresh and pilled high. I am a 3 or 4 piece girl but can hardly finish two from the extra large. The first time I picked up a pizza to take out, I thought I was in the wrong place. It doesn't look like a pizza place. I assumed they only served pizza form their name, but inside the decor is more like a sports bar that serves wings, and they do, but I have not tried any. I have picked up about 10 pizzas and have never seen anyone sitting inside. I have usually have to stand in line, and every person has picked up pizza. The outside area has tables and is pleasant. The staff are always nice and helpful even when I was in last June and the air...

Everything was fine but was charged a service fee of over 10%. I kind of thought, you know, making the pizza and going to all of the trouble of putting it in a box, would have been included. If you want to raise your price, raise them. But don’t charge me for something that sounds like you went to this extra efffort. I know you must think your customers are stupid,but we’re not. I have talked to enough people to know these made up fees just aggravate them.

After talking with you I have no doubt you were explaining things honestly. What confuses me I guess is that if you hit the order online button as attached on the google page it shows no fee. As I noted, the pizza was very good and I may have ordered on a different website, because if there are multiple ways to order it can get confusing. I’m going tell y’all…like this is legit one of the best pizza places we’ve had (beach or anywhere). Like kinda stupid good. And y’all I know some legit artisan pizza place owners and man this was literally top 10 for me. I mean it’s not boujee stuff like spinach and avocado infused cactus wheat grass aged in 40 year old organic tree bark…but dude…if you’re looking for a dadgum AWESOME pizza at the beach and convenient to boot!?!? There is literally no better pizza in 5 states in my opinion. We actually ate there twice in 3 days it was that good. Go check out their crew and the super smart and friendly owners.
