O'Reilly Auto Parts — Attraction in Orange Beach

As a car guy myself I know the number one item sold in the rain are windshield wipers I came to this store and pouring down rain to buy windshield wipers the shortest guy in the store was very nice very awesome very knowledgeable and he was exactly the wipers I need it because we drove the exact same truck he went and got them and I wanted the top-of-the-line wipers he barely thoroughly explained to me just because you pay a lot of money for something don't make them the best he show me stats and statistics on his phone between the two wipers I went with the one he recommended he came out to the store and install these wipers on my truck in pouring down rain like I said he was the shortest man in the store needless to say I drive a lifted truck he got his step stool and he put those wipers on in about 5 minutes if I would have put those wipers on I still would be trying to get them on right now this made my heart feel good he wouldn't even take a tip he said it was his pleasure great staff I wish we had people like this throughout the world don't know his name I hate to keep describing him after short man but you would know who he is let's give this guy a...

OASIS!! What a huge salvation this was for us while on vacation last month. For whatever reason our car’s battery decided to die (while on vacation). So grateful for this auto parts store.

Chauncey helped me and did an amazing job. He helped confirm the problem was indeed the battery; he looked up the new one I needed for my car; he confirmed that he could install it; and then he proceeded to take the time to remove my old battery and install my new one. He was so nice and professional the whole time. He also happened to be from Memphis, originally, and we spent the time he changed out the battery talking about some nostalgic Memphis stories. Chauncey provided great service and has an outstanding attitude and work ethic. By the way, it was 90+ degrees as well.

Marty was a great help getting me what I needed in a professional and friendly manner. I am like a bull in a china shop in an auto parts store- not my element. I needed wiper blades. Of course he looked them up and found the right ones but then he HAPPILY installed them for me without asking. I picked up some auto wipes and he suggested a brand he thought was superior.
