Nails for U — Attraction in Orange Township

I’ve been looking for a nail tech that can do designs or would be willing to get creative with my nails with me, and I found that nail tech today.

Shoutout to TT for being so open with what I wanted to do with my nails and for being so nice. I always felt bad about asking for techs to do more than one gel polish color, but TT was very encouraging and did a great job in a good amount of time. I also liked that she made sure everything was ok with me before proceeding like making sure I was ok with my real nails getting cut down for the acrylics, how much it would be in the end with what I wanted to do, etc. She was also fun to talk to. I will definitely be going back to try and get her specifically.

Also, the facility was clean and they played good music. The rest of the staff were also nice and very accommodating. After I was done getting my nails done, my best friend was getting a pedicure and I wanted to go talk to her until she was done. They let me sit next to her in my own massage chair and turned on the massage feature for me even though I was not getting a pedicure or having any other service I was planning to get at that time. We were also offered a bottle of water that we decided not to take.

The guy did my nails. He had no charisma and didn't seem to want to talk. When I asked him if he would do something his response "I can," and went on in silence. I felt more like a burden than an appreciated customer. The lady workers in the back were out going and sincerely seemed to enjoy engaging with their customers? I felt disappointed not recieving the same treatment. The man sighed a lot and seemed frustrated when I didn't turn my hand or fingers quickly and accordingly. Also there is no real nail dryer, just lights and I didn't have the patience to hold my hand under. these lights for 15 minutes looking at the wall. I was instructed to be careful an hour after as well. In my opinion nails shouldn't take that long to seal with the proper equipment. I didn't wait the entire 15 minutes because I couldn't be patiently bored for that long. My nails are scuffed up now 37ish...

I went to this salon because it’s very close to my job. I went for a polish change and my nails started running after I sat under the light. I was told that it was because of my polish. I had just purchased my OPI polish from Sally’s prior to getting them done. The tech asked me to choose a polish from them, so I did. I’ve never seen such a sloppy paint job in my life. Half the nail was covered and the other half you could see through. It began to run as well after sitting under the light. Instead of asking for a refund, I asked for remover so I could take it off. The gentleman asked if I wanted something else but I refused because after 2 attempts, I couldn’t have her touching my nails anymore. I’m a gel girl and have been for years but I know what regular polish should look like. I will never go back...
