I have gone to Five Guys for years and this location many times. However tonight the customer service I received from manager Andrew M was absolutely deplorable. He was rude and unprofessional, he mumbled under his breath in disgust when I asked him to take a step further. When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me and continued to be rude. Overall customer service has decreased considerably since COVID but like i told the corporate office he is being charged with being a leader and in no way did he act that way. He showed staff its ok to be rude and disrespectful to customers and did it in front of a room full of other customers. I remember eating at a Five Guys about five years ago and I remember the pattie being about a half inch thick .... No longer. My burger was nothing more than an overpriced Wendy's Baconator (which was right across the parking lot - shoulda just gone there.) $13 for a single bacon cheeseburger 🍔 and a small drink, NO FRIES - They want $4.79 for a SMALL order of fries.
