Nice store, very convenient store offers in store shopping. Kohl's orange also offers in-store & parking lot pickup & they take Amazon returns. They will re- package(if necessary) and return items/orders to Amazon at no cost to customer, additional note they can't process large items for Amazon returns i.e. appliances etc... I don't know the actual policy but there is weight & size restrictions on what they can accept when making returns to Amazon. Kohl's Orange Cashier's & Accociate have always been extremely helpful & friendly when I shop. Associates permanently stationed in specific departments such as jewelery, kitchen etc, clothing are extremely knowledgeable to their specialty. However all Kohl's associates cover any stations/departs when needed for breaks lunches etc.. these employees may not be as knowledgeable/helpful if you need something specific like a jewelry repair. Seasonal employees aren't usually knowledgeable/helpful in any store!! Point being if your needs/questions haven't been met ask whomever your speaking with if this is their dept or if they're covering same goes if you think they might be a seasonal worker. Three times I've had to ask this question at Kohl's, every time time the person was kind and either found someone who could help me immediately or they found out the date & time the dept assoc or dept manager would be available to help me. My purchases as well as all interactions have ALWAYS been positive at this Kohls. My one pet peeve at this store is the shoe department. I went their as a customer looking for masks and the lady who works nights at the jewelry section was rude and overlooked me while me and my boyfriend stood their. I came back because I seen they were hiring for day and overnights and needed work. I got hired on quickly but the stupidity of the hiring manager made sure to throw shots at me and give me the ruaround. I made it known several times that I needed nights and she wouldn't fulfill that for me. Why even have that as a option if it's not true? The company is failing and they can't keep anyone. We did not find one employee in our wanderings looking for a sport blender, and when I tried to sign up for a charge card there were multiple issues in understanding, understanding the woman I was speaking to, let alone did she understand me. I speak perfect english and she did not understand anything, so I had to write it down. I can understand if she was new, but there was no one there to help her. When she called for help it took the women 10 minutes to come, and when she did she said "why'd you even call me?" And, we hit the reply button!
