Waited in line for fifteen minutes with nobody from behind the counter acknowledging me or the other customers. The wait was so long that the person behind me left without ordering. I personally went outside and waited in line with the cars. That wait was another seven minutes. I went inside and checked my order and the sandwiches were made wrong. I needed to get in line again, wait for somebody to notice me, and wait to have food made a second time.
Then when I went to go online and fill out the bk experience survey my receipt had a white stripe down the the middle of it making the code useless.
I asked for another copy I was told, rudely, that the machine was broken. I am pretty sure the manager wasn't particularly keen on helping since I had already asked for a general manager card. It turns out I was already speaking to the general manager. Her name is Lerderli Flores and the entire time she made no effort to try and make my experience any better, in fact she hindered all efforts for me to be able to complain to somebody else about the situation.
Nobody had me tags. Nobody seemed to care about service. I watched the manager stop and berate some girl in a green shirt twice. It is a managers responsibility to take care of issues not some trainee. This store seems understaffed, undertrained, and the manager seems to be deflecting the blame onto others. While I wrote this I saw the manager on her cell phone several times.
I recommend finding another place to eat, it will save you time...

She argued with me that the marinara was 27 cents and zesty was free. I said keep the Zesty I'll take the marinara. I already paid for ny food but she wanted me to tap again for the marinara. She had no understanding that I wanted marinara INSTEAD of Zesty so she got frustrated and threw both in the bag. When I got home it wasn't the chicken Royale it was a regular chicken sandwich with American cheese and lettuce. Nothing at all that I ordered.
