Orange Farmers Market — Attraction in Orange

I have been shopping at our local Orange Farmers Market (OFM) for years, as I love the quality products they sell. Last year was one of my most memorable year shopping there, around Thanksgiving, as I was not feeling well and was experiencing dizzy spells when the owner Mark saw me, recognized it and quickly offered me a bottle of water to drink. Immediately after I began drinking one of the workers Kalcum was able to identify my problem and took me in her arms held me and lead me to the back area to sit, relax and recoup. Another worker Sepha joined in and gave me a ripe banana to eat upon my request and sat with me. They both took turn until I was feeling much better to continue shopping there. The owner even took the time to check on me in between his rounds. The compassion and care exhibited in these kind folks was exceptional. Now every time I visit OFM I make sure if time permits to say hello to them. An owner and staff that cares about their customer(s), having empathy moved me and warmed my heart immensely! Moreover, they are always happy to see me. God bless them and the continued success to this business OFM -- bountifully....

Orange Farmers Market is the go-to store in the area for reasonably-priced fresh produce. We usually go here during the afternoon; there're never too many people in the store. The aisles here are a bit small so you might have to go around another aisle to get past people choosing and picking something.

The vegetables are most of the time very fresh. With the exception of corns and peppers and a few fruits; some of those do not get restock very often so it depends on your luck when you visit the store. They have a wide variety of vegetables all year around and a small variation of fruits that change depending on the season. The staff here is relatively friendly. I respect everyone’s good comments about this store but today when I saw its hidden face, I would never buy groceries there again. I usually buy a box of a certain of okra each week there and I use it for a week so I don’t need to go again. This time when I bought a box of okra from them and opened it the following day, it was all spoiled and moldy and I brought it to the store for return. The store cashier and manager refused to return the item and I told them I would write a review on you on google, they got so mad by hearing it that they treated me so badly that I couldn’t imagine, they even throw the box of the okra on the ground and used bad language.
