Palm Beach Tan — Attraction in Oregon City

I came in last night to cancel a freeze they put on my account from a long time ago. I thought I had cancelled all together but there was still a $8 fee coming out each month. I wish I could remember the girls name who helped me (her name tag was too small for my eyes) but she was really amazing! She said I had a ton of tan dollars so offered me one last upgraded bed use, and offered me a lotion with a discount for the miscommunication. It really wasn’t a huge deal I was just coming in to let them know I don’t need a freeze and she took it upon herself to go above and beyond to make sure my final visit was a good one. I work in customer service and I know some days it feels impossible to provide good service to some but she really made my day doing what she did. She was personable and knowledgeable as well. I do believe her name started with an “S”. I would love to give this girl recognition to her manager or store owner...

I have been to a lot of tanning salons and this one in Oregon City is by far the BEST one I have EVER been too!!! I usually encounter such rude disrespectful snotty people that work at these salons but not here!! Amazing ladies that work here!!! Shalina, Amanda and Sheila work at the Oregon City location and they are the sweetest kindest most incredible women I have met in a long time!!! Love them so much!!! If you’re looking for an amazing tanning salon that’s not only perfectly clean and beautiful with amazing beds with incredible women that work here this is the place!!!!! LOVE OREGON CITY PALM...

I'm still straddling the fence on this place. I have a membership, but I'm tired of the non stop issues. Dirty beds, broken fans, and recently when I did an upgrade, it was nearly impossible to get a staff member to walk to the room and actually show me the start button. There was no one else in the building so it was stupid. But, for now I'm tanning. Maybe things will improve. If the do, I will write another...
