Starbucks — Restaurant in Oregon City

This was honestly the slowest and rudest location I've ever been to. Not only did they take an insanely long time to make both of my delivery orders but they were rude. When I arrived, I told them who I was picking up for and for both orders they just set them on the counter and walked away. When I picked them up both times, they glared at me as well. One of the orders sat there for 10 minutes before I knew it was mine even though I was sitting at the closest table to the delivery pick up spot. I only found out it was my pick up because I walked up to the counter to ask when the order would be ready. There was another person picking up who was treated the same way as well. I visit almost daily and absolutely love this place. There are fun regulars that I see often and the staff are always so very friendly and helpful, and often greet me by my name when I come in. Some are so tuned in to their customers that they remember my order without me having to tell them. Also, this store has recently had a change in the seating arrangements and it's awesome. This is a really busy Starbucks and it's great to know there will almost always be somewhere to sit now, which wasn't the case previously. I also appreciate that they keep the room temperature comfortable - so I'm not freezing in there like I am at the Starbucks up the street...

I’ve never been more offended than the experience I had in this Starbucks today. Who ever was working cashier came over to my table where I was on the phone for no more then 30 seconds saying goodbye for the last time to my aunt who’s been suffering from cancer. She rudely and loudly interrupted this intimate moment and was ushering ME off the phone and telling me that I can take my call outside, while their were other people in the same setting on their phones. She was extremely rude, lacked empathy and was just flat out disrespectful. I’ll never...
