People here are very rude! They think that because they work for the government they can treat you however they want. It’s like they take advantage that they know you need them. On Thursday 2/6/2025, I waited until 11 for my passport because that’s when they get printed and I completely understand that, not the issue! When the passports were ready, the names were called and people lined up to collect and pay for the passport; but for some reason the employee decided to give me attitude because I was the last one in line. She saw me there and turned away so I called after her she literally said she wasn’t going to waste her breath on me. She proceeded to berate me for 5 minutes in front of everyone else in the waiting room saying that there’s rules to follow and what not, but I had been there waiting since 8 am, and made me wait until the next round of passports were ready. In those 5 minutes she could’ve easily just given and charged me for my passport. The previous time I went, I had booked an appointment for my passport and la matrícula, when I got there I verified with front desk guy and gave him my confirmation number. After I went thru the whole process they only gave me my passport. Turns out the front desk guy made a mistake and only put passport. When I said something he proceeded to berate me and blame me! It was obviously his mistake and he got more aggressive when I pointed out. He didn’t fix his mistake and told me to call and make another appointment for it and then come back. Never accepted his mistake or even...
Read moreWorst place ever!!! SIMPLY HORRIBLE. Whoever is managing this place should be ashamed because it is being grossly mismanaged! The trash cans are overflowing with no janitor on site. There are food vendors outside so the parking lot, inside, and outside the building are littered with garbage. There is no janitor in sight. There is a plywood patch up job right above the entrance doors and the building is in serious need of pressure washing. My mom had an appointment at 9:15am and they did not service her until 4:12pm!!!!! Their excuse? First, that they thought she was waiting with no appointment, then, the excuse was that they only had ONE working printer. C’MON!!! With the amount of money that flows through here on a daily basis I am sure that they can afford to buy 10 printers or at least call a technician. OH, but the staff did have time to take pictures of their day of dead pictures for social media!!!!! Where is the management?! Who is responsible for this mess? My mom was waiting for hours and the building did not even have water fountains. She is diabetic and needed water so I had to walk through the mass crowd and go to the vendors to get her water. This place deserves no stars and I wish I could give a negative rating and find out where to file a complaint! Mexican nationals deserve better!!!!!...
Read moreMy experience was amazing. I arrived well-documented and prepared, expecting a slow process. There was already a line of about 40 people when I parked my car at 7 am, while my appointment was schedule for 8am. The gatekeeper directed those with previous or upcoming procedures to one section, while others went to a middle area. I was assigned to two different lines for renewals. Around 7:40 am, I was assigned to Ventanilla 1. After some reassignments, I was finally attended to at 9:20 am. The lady took my papers and completed the visa application. After evaluation, I waited in the main lobby, was called for an interview, and then returned to the lobby. Finally, I received multiple stickers, including the visa attached to my passport, paid cash, verified information, and signed documents with fingerprinting and photos. The visa was approved for 180 days, and I need to schedule an INM appointment within 30 days of arrival in Mexico. It's important to have copies, originals, and a blue pen with you. I left the building before 10 am, pleased with the experience. The unknown can be scary for those new to immigration procedures. I believe it's important to share honest and neutral feedback to provide a comprehensive assessment of public...
