Seoul Soon Tofu in Orlando has become our go-to restaurant for delicious Korean food, and it never disappoints. As regular patrons, we have visited this hidden gem numerous times, and each visit leaves us craving for more. If you're looking for quick service and authentic Korean cuisine in Orlando, this is the place to be. Located inside the Korean grocery store named Lotte, Seoul Soon Tofu may be small, but it packs a punch when it comes to flavor. During our recent visit, we ordered the Jja Jjang Myeon and the Spicy Fried Chicken from their extensive menu. Let me just say, both dishes were absolutely superb. The Jja Jjang Myeon had the perfect balance of flavors, and the Spicy Fried Chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with just the right amount of heat. One of the things that sets Seoul Soon Tofu apart is the warm and friendly service. The lady who took our order was always sweet and polite, making us feel like valued customers. Despite the small space, the restaurant manages to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere that adds to the overall dining experience. If you're a fan of Korean cuisine or simply looking to explore new flavors, I highly recommend Seoul Soon Tofu. The quick service and delectable dishes make it the perfect spot for a satisfying meal. Whether you're a regular like us or a first-time visitor, you're bound to fall in love with the authentic flavors and friendly atmosphere. Don't miss out on this hidden...

Seoul Soon Tofu is a cozy Korean food stall inside Lotte Mart, serving up claypot soondubu and other comforting Korean dishes. I ordered the galbi with seafood tofu soup, plus a side of sundae and some kimbap. The food came out fairly quickly, especially for such a small operation.

The galbi was a bit underseasoned compared to other spots I've tried, but it still had a nice, homemade feel. The real star here is the soondubu — it has an incredibly rich, deep broth that tastes like it’s been simmering for hours. You can tell the chef knows this is the main attraction, and they do it justice. The sundae (Korean blood sausage) was a generous portion and such a rare find in Jacksonville, so I was really happy to see it on the menu. The kimbap was fresh and had that comforting, homemade flavor too.

The service was also lovely — Jiwon behind the counter was super kind and attentive. If you're craving something warm, rich, and full of flavor, this place is worth a visit. It really does feel like a...

We were making a trip to Lotte Plaza Market and decided to just have lunch there since they had restaurants in their food court. They have a few different restaurants to choose from such as Korean, Filipino, Vietnamese, etc. We decided on Seoul Soon Tofu because it seemed the most appetizing at the moment. I got the tofu stew with galbi and my sister got the seafood jjamppong.

Tofu stew: It didn't really have a taste but it was okay. Galbi: By far the tastiest galbi I've ever had in my life. Jjamppong: The most tastiest seafood stew I've ever had

This place was life-changing! My combo came out to almost $20 and my sister's jjamppong was $10 and hers was definitely a better deal. I would have to agree with the rest of the reviews and say the for the price, the portion is quite small. I had four thinly sliced pieces of galbi and a small tofu stew for $20 while my sister's seafood stew was $10 and was huge! I would definitely go for that next time. Other than that, I...

Really more of a 1.5 stars. Only had the jjajangmyeon and sundae so I can't really say much, but from my experience the jjajangmyeon has little besides jjajang and onions, so it would work much better as a cold small plate rather than as an American-portion entree like they served it as. The dish itself was okay, but it got very tiring very quickly and even though I had the sundae on the side I was about feeling done with it after a few bites. It's very starchy and the jjajang has also been made sweeter for wider appeal compared to the authentic kind. The sundae (blood sausage) itself is alright, but it has way too much glass noodle and little protein, as well as a slightly loose consistency and pretty underseasoned. I was lucky to combine this with the jjajangmyeon which worked out nicely (the jjajangmyeon lacked protein and the sundae lacked flavor, so they complemented each other). I can't imagine how (in)edible each of them would be on their own, however.
