Gordon Food Service Store — Attraction in Orlando

I love the store Teresa is a great help and most of the staff is but there is one rude employee who hates to be asked a question James has the worst customer service skills he seems like he hates his life and his job and then projects it towards customers I understand having a bad day but every time I go there he seems miserable the reason I'm leaving this review as because I drove 45 minutes from Kissimmee to go by a product I seen online was in stock and when I got there they only had one out so I asked him and he just brushed me off and told me there was no more I asked him can he double checked he told me there was no more and that the website does not show what they have on stock when obviously it does so when I want to go pay I asked the lady at the register if there was any more stuff she said they just got a truck in this morning and definitely there was some in stock She took her time and went back there and helped me unlike James who didn't want to be bothered and then when I tried to call the store and speak to a manager James picked up the...

James is always so friendly to people doesn’t matter who he makes you feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing to come to spend with them. I really think He should be promoted to management position store is always clean and organized when he is on shift. I have come several other times when he was not working and staff doesn’t want to help you because you look normal so they have attitudes when asked to grab a case of something but they don’t know that looks can be deceiving. James has never given me any problems or dirty looks like the night shift has but if I based it off of two bad apples it would not be fair to other morning staff so...

Staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I shop at this location. Today I went in and was helped by nice young man by the name of Grant. I was there looking for 2% milk and there weren't any stocked in the case. Grant checked in the back for some and unfournately there weren't any more in stock. Grant did inform me there was a shipment coming and helped me with a few other items i was looking for. He made me feel like my needs were a priority and thanked me for my visit and business.
