I attended a paperweight class here and it was so much fun! Laura helps you through the whole process and keeps you safe while letting you get a feel for the process yourself. My class was in July and it was a really hot day. The studio is always hot, but even more so in the summer. The classes are small and you can ask questions to understand the process. There is also a shop where you can purchase items made by the owner. There are many unique items which would make great gifts. I highly recommend the classes. They are reasonably priced and memorable experiences. My onky complaint is there is a long wait to get into the public classes. There is only one a month for 6 people.
