The most uncomfortable 4DX seats Iâve ever sat in. The moment I sat down and felt how uncomfortable it was, I wanted my money back. I apologized to my group first thing because I knew it was going to be a rough experience. I have visited other 4DX theaters. These chairs have NO leg rests so for an entire 2 hour+ movie, your legs are dangling in an uncomfortable position. Wow. My whole group was shifting throughout the movie from how uncomfortably painful the seats were. I donât know where the owners or management purchased these chairs from but they obviously didnât test them out before buying because no way would anyone think that these seats would make a great movie experience. Plus, other 4DX theaters Iâve been to, have full flat foot rests, heat or cool options, ability to control the water feature or not, etc
There are no buttons on B&Bâs seats and they really overly tilt you forward to the point where you feel like youâre sliding out of your chair in a bad way. I donât think the chairs worked properly either because this statement about 4DX chairs from B&Bâs website themselves, says youâll experience âenvironmental effects such as water, wind, fog, scent, snow and more, to enhance the action on screen.â There was no water, no fog, no scent, no snow. I kept trying to feel the vents in the arms if anything was going to come out. None.
My group ranged from 5ft to 6ft people, all of our legs were just there being supported by a single bar foot rest. So if you enjoy your legs to be pain without support and feeling like youâre falling out of your chair for 2 hours, come here.
Also, does anyone ever do bathroom routine checks? I went before and after the movie. They were absolutely filthy, multiple stalls, saw things I didnât want to see and you can tell it had been hours and the paper towel dispenser was broken. I walked out to notify someone and it was a ghost town.
Just bad vibes here. No thank you. Iâll stick to Cinemark or AMC...
Read moreI don't take the family out for movies very often, but I recall the days when I was younger how much fun I had going with my friends and family. So for my son's birthday we took our family and a some of his friends to this theater to watch a kids movie. We sat in theater #3, and several of the seats we were in were loud when they reclined, so it was distracting during the show anytime one of them would move. And the seat that I sat in didn't even recline at all. But of course you pay ahead of time for certain seats.
I should have known to expect something like this experience ahead of time when I tried to reserve the tickets using the mobile app. The seats/quantities and seating arrangements were very confusing when trying to reserve certain ones. I thought I would address this issue by just calling a telephone number and speaking to a live person about it. Especially since I was buying a bunch of seats. But instead, the number I called got me into a big automated phone loop and I was never able to speak to a human being about it. I completely understand automation and technology when necessary. But when things are affecting customer service to this extent I can't accept doing business with the company like this who seems to have no regard for the customer experience. Oh, and the picture of the couch I took in the lobby area pretty much sums up the quality...
Read moreTheater was nice and seemed well kept. This was our first theater experience since covid. It was also our first theater experience since moving to the area. Tickets were $20 a piece which seemed totally outrageous but we just thought maybe prices have gone up since the pandemic so payed it because my husband really wanted to see spider man. We stupidly didn't price check other theaters in the area or other showtimes at this theater until after we had already watched our movie. It seems like normal tickets still only go for $10-11. I didn't for a second see an additional almost ten dollars of value in the theater we saw it in in comparison to other theater experiences we have had in the past. So we will not be picking a showtime in the "deluxe" theater again. They do have the reclining lounge chair type seats that is standard in alot of movie theaters these days. We went to late showtime so there were a ton a loud teenagers who whispered through the movie, but that's to be expected at a 10pm showing of a marvel movie. We will definitely return in the future to see what the standard theaters are like, as this time was more of an us issue than a them issue. Although I do find $20 movie tickets totally outrageous. But overall it seems like it's probably a...
