Even though we would recommend the store on this alone, the individual who took the most time to explain options to us and help my son to build his ideal computer system was Haydn (aka Red). He was patient and helpful and never rushed my son. He offered options that we could choose from that fit in our budget, and also let us know that he would take calls to answer any questions along the way when we took it home and got it set up.
