Very poor food experience! Didn't even like one item. Pani puri tastes like hell. Seriously Don't try any kind of food. Even the deserts didn't satisfy. I wonder how someone cook this much worse. Atleast hoped of any one item but nothing worked. I would have gave it -5 ⭐ if it allows to do so. Need to improve a lot guys.

We, As customers need to satisfy any one item in the ordered food. So you've asked and I'm answering your team.
We ordered Pani puri, Idly, Samosa chat, Chole bature and Pav Bhaji. So we didn't like any of them. We didn't like the taste and even they were not served hot. For that we've spent $53.42 (around).
Pani puri tastes sweet. Pavbhaji (bread) was served cold. Chole bature (Chole curry and Samosa chat) also served cold. Idly (feels like jelly) didn't like the chutney though. The pickle which was served along was good.
But Still we had tried to give you guys a chance by ordering the sweets and desserts We ordered Rabri Falooda, Falooda, malai Rasgulla, Gulab jamun. For those we've spent $48.50(around) So In total we've spent around $100(which is not a small amount I guess). We've just thrown them away in the trash as we didn't like them. (You can watch it on your Cameras even).
Team, once again I'm not making up anything here. You guys asked for a detailed explanation so I'm giving it in a way that you guys encourage.
And most importantly, I didn't criticize you personally anywhere and I think criticism is such a thing that somebody unnecessarily targets you or something. But here, after spending $100 I think we'll have the absolute right to share our opinion. And moreover I don't have any businesses here to compete with you or to bring you guys a bad reputation. That won't fetch me anything.
I know the efforts of the team and I can imagine how hard you guys work. But Spending the same hard worked money from our side causes the same pain too. Hope you guys understand.
I know not every time our expectations meet but we've taken chances among 8 different orders. So what's our probability of liking the food here? Even I don't know.
So this is my clear and genuine experience.
I still think I didn't cross my line before keeping the above review.

Adding another note to you another reply- I clearly mentioned that we've ordered twice.
At the first time my friend paid $58.xx (didn't actually remember). You can clearly check in that order that we've ordered them (Idly, Panipuri etc)or not and I definitely need your confirmation here.

Because you asked for ACCURATE INFORMATION.
And I agree that It was around $38 and I forgot how much it was and I thought it was $48.
Mention my order timings (2nd order where we ordered sweets)
Because I'll post some images below where you can clearly see us taking pictures while the order is getting ready. And I want you guys to check your cameras on the ACCURATE time to get it noticed.
NOBODY WILL SIMPLY THROW THE FOOD JUST AFTER ORDERING THEM. WE TASTED IT AND WE FOUND THEM NOT GOOD AND WE THREW THEM. THIS IS SO BASIC THING TO THINK.
It was a take-away order but that doesn't mean we just take food to throw away ☝🏻.
So check your front door entrance cameras and your trash can which is on the right side of the entrance door (while entering into the store). You'll definitely find footage of myself throwing them into it.

— Masala Dosa ( This is very nice eat in house )
— Ghee Puri. ( This is very new and good to eat )
— Mysore Masala Dosa. ( Not that great as expected )
— Full Thali Platter. ( Not good , lot of scope to improve )

I know that you are particularly ment for sweets and you are doing a very good job with respective to sweets, right now they have Diwali hampers if you want to make your Diwali with the lots of sweets boxes make sure you visit this place and get your sweets crackers.
Quantity:
This is the major drawback with you, we are loving your food and food quality wise it’s good, but the quantity wise it’s disappointing for the price we pay 💰 you are missing a lot with this metric.
Why I wrote more on quantity is because we feel like something is not fulfilled, though we billed it more so I feel like if you can correct this you will hit more.
Feedback for restaurants 🧑🍳
— To go boxes are bad it, because we can’t store food for later.
— You are missing salt in few curries, also don’t add raw coriander seeds.
— Keeping things as clean as you can.
— Improve quantity for the price.
— Breakfast Chutneys are bad.
— Keep your crew more active and talkative to customers for self marketing..
— Let me give you idea 💡, you have a very simple place, so I feel like if you can convert that place into a little bit of coffee cafe style vibe people come to your place and eat some snacks and then they will work so if you can try that it would be more impressive, for that you have to make sure that your building surroundings are very clean and you should have some sort of umbrella and chairs kind of set up..

Read moreMy recent experience at Bikanervala was not only a repeated experience but also it was worse than before. We recently (5/30) visited with family and ordered food for dine-in and some for takeout. The first order was served on time until this time it was good. We ordered another entry of Paneer momos and this time we wanted to try our steamed ones as first time we tried fried ones, which was just okay. The order was served with few mins, and it was not the same we ordered, they brought the fried momos. We politely said we ordered steamed. The server said no sir it was fried and now that it’s already been made, we can’t change this order. We explained her and then the other person from the counter came and she said same now that we have made, and you didn’t ask specifically that you want steamed so by default, we make fried momos. After we said, we can’t have them, she finally agreed to make steamed ones however she said it will take 15-20 mins. We waited for 40 mins, and it was still not served. I asked the counter how long we have to wait, she said it’s being prepared and want for some more time; apparently she also acknowledged that the order taker was new and she made the mistake and you ordered steamed momos. We waited few more min but then left; it was almost 45 minutes from the time we ordered.
This is the similar experience we had before (at the time near opening ceremony) we were served different than what had ordered and on top manager argues with you and says customer is wrong. I don’t know why but the customer service is horrible. I have decided not to come back here. Restaurant business runs on two basics things, customer service and food quality. If I were to pick, I would say customer service is even more important. You guys are setting up for failure. I have heard the same comments in my circle.
We went on Friday evening when you’d think the restaurant would jam packed, but we were the only ones, few people came later but no where near to what you’d expect on Friday evening. This also speaks what you guys need to do to get better and more foot traffic. Back in India, Bikanervala and Haldiram are the two fast food my favorite.
