Customer service was the worst I’ve ever received in my life. I asked for gummy worms on my ice cream TWICE, and they did not ring it up either times, even after I double checked with them. I then VERY politely asked for the gummy worms I ordered, and the women at the counter blatantly disrespected me. She told me she could get the gummy worms in a cup, okay! Great. But then she proceeded to tell me that because it wasnt rung up on the order, that I had to pay for it anyway. By the time this happened I had already given the card back to my mother who was in the parking lot, and I didn’t have any cash or card on me. I said I couldn’t pay for it anymore and that I had already confirmed and stated that I wanted that specific toping TWICE. she then had the audacity to say “well if you can’t pay for it then I’ll have to take it back”. And almost grabbed my cup of gummy worms that I DID ORDER. My 12 YEAR OLD SISTER had to pay for it because I had nothing on me. and then she rung the originally 80¢ topping for $1.15 (I get tax, but 35¢ tax is also just unbelievable) She also made many other disrespectful remarks against me even though I only treated her with kindness.
This was my first experience here and no matter how tired you are or how late it was, you were still on the clock and I deserved respect as a first time customer. Whoever you are, shame on you. Don’t ever get another job at fast food again if this is how you act.

Read moreI visit here weekly, get the same thing every time. Today I ordered, when I drove away and took a sip, it was heath bar w/ no butterscotch shake. I drove around back to the window and said order was wrong and handed him the shake.. The clerk said "You ordered heath." I said, no I ordered butterscotch and heath bar. He said no I ordered just heath. I said "I come here every week, sometimes 2-3 times, and I order the same thing every time. I am sorry you did not hear me say butterscotch. If I have to pay more for the butterscotch, fine" and handed my card out to him. He turned from the window as if to make the shake, then turned back to me and said I would have to pay again. Why should I pay again for their mistake? I drove around to the front of the bldg and went up to the window. A young woman came to the window and we had the same conversation as I had with the young man. I said again, I will pay extra for the butterscotch and she said YOU HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE, WE THREW IT AWAY. I had repeatedly asked to speak to the manager to both of them and they said he wasn't there. I asked for a number to call and she said "YOU CAN LOOK IT UP ONLINE." I spend $300-400 per year at that place and those kids are arguing with me over $6. Aren't they in the restaurant business. ...
Read moreThis review is purely on customer service. I’m sure it’s a high schooler working, but none the less, do better. And yes, I’m being slightly petty, because there’s a drive thru for a reason. The worker took my entire order then proceeded to tell me that their register was broken and could only take cash. I asked if she was serious, considering she just took my order. She then said I could come to the front, walk in, and pay at that register. I asked if she could just walk my credit card across the store and swipe it and she said no. I chose to go for a late night treat with no shoes, no bra, and shorts that the public eye should not see me in. NO! I’m not coming in to order. So I said, this is ridiculous and obviously not worth it, I guess I’ll go somewhere...
