Mattress Max — Attraction in Oxford

When I walked in, I met Lindsey. A very relaxed and friendly person. I was at ease right away. I liked the selection of beds and the way they were set up. I told Lindsey what I wanted and the price range. He was so helpful in letting me try different beds. I found the perfect bed for my wife and I. I just needed to measure my base. (Just replacing the mattress) No pressure from Lindsey,. We agreed to follow up the next day so I could measure the base. The next day, Lindsey called just as I was walking to my bed, tape measure in hand! Once we decide the mattress was a perfect fit, we did all the payment and delivery set up over the phone.

It was so easy!

When Noah and Ray delivered, they set up the mattress. Then they offered to put on the mattress cover and they also let me know that if there was ANY problems with the mattress in the next 90 days, to give the store a call. That's real customer service.

My experience with this place was great! The woman that my dad and I saw on our first visit was knowledgeable, took my preferences into consideration, and helped me pick out a mattress very quickly, while also helping my dad with his curiosity about an adjustable frame. The purchasing process on our second visit was fast. We had some minor issues on our second visit with some things on our receipt being spelled wrong, but that's my only complaint.

The mattress was delivered this past Saturday (June 15 2024) and by the nicest guy, Noah. He was patient, considerate, good-natured, offered to set it up (I didn't need that done, but the offer was kind!), and even took my old mattress off my hands, as well as two others that we hadn't been able to get rid of ourselves yet. The whole delivery process was really quick and very pleasant, and my mattress came undamaged and wrapped in some sturdy plastic.

Save yourself some time and go to Mattress Max first. Went to a few other places first that were awful, unknowledgable, terrible experience. At Mattress Max they are extremely helpful and competent, but not pushy. It took several visits for me to decide on our Tempurpedic mattress and they were patient with no uncomfortable experiences. Excellent prices too. They were a pleasure to do business with and it was refreshing to not feel like you were being swindled. The delivery experience was equally smooth. Very professional, took great care to not do any damage moving in/out. Worked quick and efficient and just a very impressive delivery team.
